What's Faster than a Speeding Bullet?

What's faster than a speeding bullet and smaller than a business card?
Get your charge cards ready, here's the link, you will be wanting one of these, quicker than you think.

the whole thing started when I decided I wanted a new mouse pad, a cheap one to cut in half and use on my laptop.

I am still suffering shoulder/hand pain and noticed it gets worse if my hand is out to the side. If I sit correctly, with hands in the right position, it doesn't hurt as bad.

If you want to see how to sit and type, click HERE  or       JUST TRUST ME!

I had no idea mouse pads are no longer IN, and most people do not use a mouse.  Wal-Mart had none. BUT, while meandering through looking for one, I saw a tiny mouse. I picked it up and thought, put it down and go home. I left without it.

While sitting in rocker, holding laptop in LAP, regaling Bob with tales of tiny mice, he said why didn't you buy it?

I DON"T KNOW! I said.......

Just moments later, my hands lifted from the keys and somehow Amazon was sending me this adorable MOUSE, Now named Minie Mouse, and she is only 2 INCHES long, that is 50 mm to a lot of you.

Minnie is rechargeable and fast as greased lightning, she is self adjusting, goes to sleep if I leave her alone for a while. She has some kind of special laser, and the cursor slides so quickly and accurately it is shocking...
while I was in the shopping coma, it seems I found a mouse pad that is slick as ice, it is a hard shiny shell. It also saves on batteries, but since Minnie is rechargeable who cares?

Today I have half a mouse pad, that covers the touch pad that I don't want to touch and I can sit properly with my hands in the correct position.
I liked the mouse pad so much, some how a second one showed up at the door last night and is now sitting by my desk top.

Watch out for Amazon Coma while you POP over and hover the mouse and SEE this magic pad...HERE a

Since the 9 week of stay at home, we have had almost and order a day delivered and each time I order from SmileAmazon, Legacy Boxer Rescue Smiles from a donation.

Sorry, Got To Go, Minnie is waiting to do her thing.  Big just said he could use a new bed.

You have to be very careful with the little mouse! Due to the position of the hand you get pain in your hand very quickly!
Have you read my comment from the previous blog post?
Have a great day! Hugs!

You asked me about the flowers in the test tubes!
The ones on my blog page are not on the wall, but you can buy test tubes from the florist that have already mounted a suction cup. It can be placed on the window or on the tiles!
Take care of yourself! Hugs!

I like my mouse. I have a pull out shelf on my desk and can rest my hand and arm on it as I use my mouse so it's quite comfortable. I have to sit at a desk to use a large keyboard with big keys for my eyesight and read from a screen. That's the most stress free way of using my computer/laptop. I've never been able to master the skill of just touching the place in the middle of a laptop where you can move the cursor around on the screen. Hope the new arrangements make life easier when blogging etc.

What a cute little mouse. I don't think I've ever seen on that small. Glad you were able to find one. I never liked the touch pad on my laptop.

Hello,

Enjoy your little Minnie Mouse. I have tried not using a mouse pad, I didn't like it. I guess for a laptop your little mouse will do great.
I hope your hands/arm feels better now. Have a great day!

I have used mini-mice for about ten years now. My hand is very small and the standard mouse size has always been an ache for me. The discovery of the mini (originally with extending cord and designed for travel purposes, but now readily available and I recently updated to a wireless version) was a revelation and heavy user's delight!!! I have two good mouse mats - but the concept of minimising power draw on batteries is interesting... YAM xx

Yay, a new toy that plays fair. So glad you found it. I had a smaller mouse that I carried in my briefcase and when my standard one quit, I switched. Now when I use the other one in the house it feels enormous.

Something to think about. Reaching over the mouse area and using the 'flatness' of the laptop keyboard could affect your muscles and tendons as well. I attached short rubber disks to the upper bottom for a slight elevation. That slight elevation allows your wrists to drop and function in a more relaxed manner.

When I'm at my desk I use a standard wireless keyboard rather than the laptop which has legs and is much more comfortable I just never got used to reaching over the mouse area and the laptop.

Aw, Minnie is adorable! I had no idea mouse pads were no longer 'in.' Figures, half the time I feel as tho' I'm living under a rock. The first and ONLY time I ever used a laptop computer -- it belonged to my boss' boss. She got up to take a call and asked me to review something she'd written. Well, my arch-enemy, the touch pad went totally beserk and I thought I'd deleted Chris' whole report. YIKES!

Now you've got me thinking, since Tom's becoming increasingly immobile, I could get him a laptop. LOVE that Amazon Smile feature ...thanks for turning me onto it!

I am glad you found something that worked. I know a lot of people use the little touchpad on laptops but I just cannot get used to it. I did not know it was hard to find our mouses though. Makes me feel like stocking up.

So glad this helps with your pain.

Thanks for all this info, Sandra. I have a laptop computer and odd thing is that while I bought a mouse for it, I found myself using the touchpad more often. That said, your Minnie Mouse looks like a very useful accessory and covering the touch pad was a great solution on how to avoid using it. Oddly enough, I have not been ordering much online with the exception of classic older movies that I have bought on ebay - much cheaper than Amazon prices too.

Love those!
You and I are Amazon Queens - you should see my wish list. And I almost order every day. I am so bad.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who never uses the touch-pad!! Makes me feel less a freak!

Glad you found something which works for you. I use a "RollerMouse" which is a wrist rest with built-in mouse, which I use together with a separate keyboard. I've had my present one for years, and had a similar one for years before that. (Just googled it and it seems Amazon has them too...)

I'm with the majority of the commenters here...I don't like the touch pad and can never seem to get it working how I want it to. Love my mini mouse that operates on 1 AA battery.
Glad you found something that feels good for you and I sure hope this will help your pain.
Amazon has really helped you out in this time of isolation.
We by the way have a new reciprocal saw coming tomorrow from Amazon. I used up the last of my gift card...that makes it doubly nice.
It seems CostCo is calling us for today. Big exciting outing....oh yes and something I have to do at the bank..The Excitement builds....

Glad you are enjoying it. I will definitely check it out. I could use a new one with my laptop. I have a small one with my Chromebook. I always use a mouse and so does Mark.

Wish I could use a laptop. It has become super hard for my vision. Mini mouse seems a great deal that you found.
