Walking and Talking

Most of you know I talk to my phone, my tablet and my All In One Desktop!

Talking to my phone is WHY I am share this nonsensical stuff with you.
I CAN and do talk ideas
I CAN"T control what my mind talks about.

Walking alone is boring.

I talk to myself, the MADsnapper!
My mind never stops

Walking appears to force my mind into warp speeds.
and strange thoughts just pop, like this one

Florida has torrential rains that can put down two inches of rain in 15 minutes
Florida's sidewalks and streets are sloped to the curb.
Sidewalks and Streets are higher in the middle than at the sides.

I have one leg that is shorter than the other! Because of this I walk with the short leg to the higher side and keep switching back and forth.
I walk one way and cross the street to go back, I choose where I walk, to keep my short leg on the high side.
The hip on the short leg has hurt for most of my life.
I do excercises every day for that and they work. walking like this alleviates my hip pain.

I am thankful I can walk for exercise!
I am thankful I figured out why walking was hurting my hip

I am thankful I can talk blog post ideas into my phone while walking for exercise.
If this post looks strange,
I can't help it. I want to do shorter posts.
I want to do brilliant, funny posts.
Hubby says I run rabbits when I talk.
He wants Facts! Just the FACTS!
How'd I do folks?

Lots of interesting FACTS about YOU! So is the hp pain because of the different lengths of hips? I have bad body mechanics, and would never have been able to figure out how to deal with it! My entire left side is a good bit bigger than my right. Makes it so hard to buy shoes and bras!

Hello,
I have some hip pain that feels better after walking some too. My hubby is the talker, while we are walking and driving in the car. I enjoy my visits here to see what you are blogging about. Take care, enjoy your day!

Very interesting. I learned new facts about Florida streets and discovered your clever way of dealing with one leg being shorter than the other.
No matter how you write your posts, whether short or long, I'll always be here to read

Hello Sandra. My hubby sounds a lot like yours, he wants facts! I am glad you solved your walking problem. Facts or no facts you are always
a good read. I love to visit, you know why!

It sounds like your town is ahead of the flooding game. We have so many low lying areas around here that it would take a ton of money flowing in to fix all of them.
:) All men just want the facts. They can't handle our ramblings but I think I make perfectly logical sense when I have to talk about how much gas cost me today to get to the story of the neat camper I saw while I was driving to get the gas.

Hi Sandra, like Inger, Anni and the others, I LOVE coming here to see what you posted. Any length. I love it. I have a mind which goes all the time, especially when I walk with Skabby. And if I suddenly make a discovery about what I'm thinking about (YA get wadd-I-mean, LOL), I snap my fingers and tell Skabby what my conclusion is. Ron my boss, landlady, neighbor and a member in my Weigh-Less group, and I have become close friends since I started working in the office two years ago. Often I find I share my thoughts with her. Cool! So you just keep on keeping on with your posts. Jo

Aw, don't listen to Bob! Like Billy Joel sings, "Don't go changing to try and please me; (we) want you just the way you are."

Good idea about changing your walking routine! I, too, have one leg shorter than the other, and once paid more money than common sense to have a specialist make a special insert for my right show. 'Not sure whatever happened to it; but I've taken to using a these thin gel insoles, and that seems to help.

You never have a lack of interesting things to talk about.

Mom likes to listen to audio books when she walks as long as she pays attention at the crosswalks. She also has one leg longer than the other. The PT lady tried to have her wear a lift in one shoe, and oh boy - that really threw her back into conniptions. She said it is much better not to fix that problem and create a new one.

Your so cute. I do not talk to anything and we unplugged our Google Nest months ago. When I'm on steroids you can't shut me up otherwise I don't go on and on too much.

LOL! I used to think that walking alone was boring too but now I really enjoy it because, like you my mind never stops and I wonder almost always about things I notice!!...jp
