I made it 1 pound below what I was when we shut down in March 2020.
WOO HOO...pandemic weight gone. Now I have a new goal.
Lettuce Wrap, Chicken, beans, corn, peas, sunflower seeds and mayo on lettuce
I am thankful I am still going down on the scale and no UP days since June 1 and that I discovered Gluten makes my stomach hurt.

Good for you!! Bye bye to those Pandemic Pounds!
Congratulations - that was quick. Our bathroom scales broke (electronic ones, they probably don't like steam) so F has to go by how her clothes fit (improvements but not enough of them). The really good bit is that she can no longer weigh me. xxx Mr T
Congrats on reaching your goal, that is awesome.
My hubby is a meat and potato lover too.
Take care, enjoy your day!
congrats!!! you are a trooper... and we are happy to read that good news ;O)
Oh you are so good. I am so proud of you. I have put on anywhere between 12-15 since my 70 lbs drop. IT was before COVID, so I did not actually put any on then. But I bounce between 149-152 and it is driving me nuts.
Yippee for you !!!
Getting dwn to your pre-pandamic weight is awesome.
You have such determination.
I just went back and looked at my weight journal. I have stayed within a 3-4 pound range for the last 2 1/2 years.
I still need to loose 6 more to reach my final goal but I was really surprised at how consistent my weight has been.
Now to finally break that plateau I have been living on.
Happy you found out what has been giving your tummy so much trouble. It's sure going to make a difference.
Weatherman is saying that this tomorrow begins another week, at least, of triple digit heat..Tomorrow 105F of course it starts on the day I do my elder-care..
Hopefully we can sit outside a bit before it gets unbearable.

Yeay... I'm so happy for you! Seeing your chicken and Beau's egg is making my stomach growl.
Unfortunately, I'm cooling my heels down here at the VA, waiting on Tom ... and no Real food for Real people anywhere in sight.

Applause!!! Meanwhile here at the Hutch... 8{... YAM xx
You go Sandra - congrats! And look at all that delicious food. Eating healthy can be so yummy. :)
Congratulations Sandra! Now that the weather is warm we're eating light - lots of salad and small portions. Exercise (outdoor walking) helps me keep the weight down, not so easy for hubby.
FANtastic!!! And, it all looks delicious.
YAY, glad I came back. I was here earlier. YAY you! I applaud your efforts.
It would be very hard to eat like that all the time here. All I'd be doing is cooking 2 different meals 3 times a day.
Hugs Cecilia
Congratulations! :)
It all looks delicious! Congrats on the weight loss.
I know you are showing the food, and it does look good, but I noticed those pretty plates. I have a weakness for pretty dishes and would have far more, if I had room for them.
You have willpower of steel!! SO...do you fix separate meals for you and Bob...or does Bob cook his own? I love your pretty plates! Melamine or real? And where did you get them? Anytime I see something of someone's that I want, and ask them...they always say they got it out of state, out of the country, or 50 years ago. YOU are the only one who says, just go down to Wal- Mart.
That is spectacular news Way to go. Now if you can only get me to do the same.
I am so stinking proud of you girl!
awesome news - congrats - now to keep it off, and keep healthy
I admire your "stick to it" attitude. Congrats on the weight loss. The tacos look pretty tasty.
