Or it might have been the Dallas Cowboys.. He loves foot ball and talks to the game for hours. He also talks to Drag Racing, think NHRA.... he just said as I type... to the roar and snap crackle pop of top fuelers, 101, snap it! LOOK at that! Samar, come watch this car go off the starting line...
I am thankful for the DVR that allows him to watch NFL and College Football, NHRA drag racing, NASCAR racing, Tennis, Figure Skating plus more any time he wants to. He records them all and the house is full of the TV noise and a stead stream of talking... That is the background for my morning blogging. I am thankful for blogging and I spared you the words he sometimes says...

So funny! When the T.V. person mentioned dplaying ball, Beau thought they meant HIM!!!
HI Sandra :=))
love it... I'm glad too that I can do something different when the boys watch sports stuff... Mark said the two love it... pfff as if, they only want the potato chips he has in his hands LOL
That would drive me crazy. With hearing disabilities, I am sure it's loud?!!
Thank goodness for DVRs that keep men entertained. Of course it would be nice if you didn't have to hear the tv blasting and the commentary...lol I bet Beau wishes he would choose his words more wisely. Yelling get up play ball in the presence of a dog is just not nice.
LOL, Beau is always ready to play ball. I am glad my hubby does not watch much football. Have a great day!

It's good that you can get on with your stuff while Bob gets on with his and Beau waits for signals from both of you! YAM xx
Brothers from different mothers ... yep.
Plus, Tom 'talks' to the Newsmax network, too. Back in the day I used to be a big Dallas Cowboys fan. Now the only games I sometimes stop to watch are college football: Auburn and Alabama.
Yes, thankful for him, but oh, I feel your pain.
BOL BOL BOL
My uncle used to love watching Friday night boxing.
Everyone knew not go sit anywhere near him. He would box his arms and shout at the tv
Hugs cecilia
Oh how CUTE! That Bill and Beau are physically engaged with games on the telly. Thank you for your continued visits to my blog. I am dang busy at the moment and wish I had more time pursue my favorite passtime : WRITE, walk more with Skabby, take photos and WRITE some more. Keep well, my friend. Jo
Thank goodness for the DVR..it sure solves a lot of problems.
A steady stream of tv would drive both Dave and I crazy.
Of course we both spend too much time on our computers...each in a different room, then we use the intercom on our landline to talk to each other, ask questions etc. This works especially when we are doing eBay things.
Thinking of you today.
Sue
Louis Dean records ball games, too! He even rewatches some of them! So it's either Gunsmoke or football when he is in control of the TV. Praise God he doesn't watch the news anymore and when he does, he mutes the sound since all he wants is to see the stock market ticker as it scrolls along the bottom of the screen.
Now see, the boys aren't totally alike. The Pres records movies...tons of movies but does watch football with his mouth wide open half the time! Poor Beau. He thought it was his turn...jp
Poor Beau! Dirty trick. 😀
Ha ha! It seems I have heard some of the same exclamations coming from our front room. And, I have been known to sometimes join in!
Fun to read and can just place myself in your house listening to all this. Patience Beau, your ball will come :)
Glad he has something he enjoys. Mark loves football. He watched several college games on Saturday and of course Sunday and Monday football too. He records all of them so he can FF the commercials. I don't hear him talking to the TV at all. However when we watch something he is always saying something!!!
