Squirrel TV for Lunch Entertainment

We were eating lunch and through the sliding glass door, I saw a tiny head on the other side of the fence. I said what is that? could not tell. I picked up the Nikon and zoomed through the door and saw this tiny head

I said Awww look at his ears. they were glowing in the sun; the sun was shining through them, and we watched him while we ate. He was there for a good five minutes, and we wondered just what he was doing.
Suddenly he walked slowly across the fence and disappeared!

It's The Little Things in Life that bring me joy.

Below is a free coloring page found on internet and takes for a visit to PicMonkey Just Because I could. My writing Mojo is MIA for now. You Get Squirrels!

Squirrels are great to watch...the wikdcones here are fun now. But when Mama Squirrel was still alive, it was hilarity once she or her babies started.

we would go bananas with a squirrel... the mama grinned about the zooming with the cam for things what are too far away... she does that too, it is better than glasses, absolutely!!!

Good morning,

The squirrels now when the food is near, they heard lunch was being served.
Cute photos, Winnie and Nibbles do not like squirrels. It is nice to enjoy the little things. Have a happy day!

It's good that you are a multi-talented woman. When my writing fails me, I've got nothing to fall back on. The squirrel is a delight, so glad you captured it walking on your fence too.

How cute! I love watching the squirrels and my pup, Scruffy, goes absolutely nuts trying to get out to 'play' with them. Have a great week- xo Diana

Amber's kitchen table is in a bay window setting and we all watch the squirrels when we areeating there too. They have a green belt with a creek behind their house and they see bobcat from time to time as well as possums and skunks and raccoons! You would LOVE sitting at her table for lunch!

Yes, it is the little things of life that keep us going.
We do have several tree rats that tear around our yard and use our roof as their bridge between neighbor's yards.
I'm not wild about them but they are fun to watch.
Great capture of him peeking over the fench.
I guess he was wondering what was for lunch.

Hello Sandra, I love the green linear drawings of the Squirrels. Well done! I couldn't agree with you more about the little things in life. Yesterday, I watched a line of ants, marching in line, on the balcony, but your squirrel peeping over the fence made me smile. I would have enjoyed that fence scene too.

How cute is he? Probably hoping one of you would open the slider and toss him some 'people food.' Tom and I can't get enough of our squirrel population. They're definitely comedians. Great timing with the shutter!

I adore squirrels as well BUT THEY ARE NOT HERE IN New Zealand - so I have to make do with books, movies and of course you Sandra and your magic photo of the squirrel on a fence...
