Where Bob is and where he rather be!
My son David bought the shirt for him when he retired at age 62, he is now 85 and still wearing the shirt. It's a rag now, but he still wears it.
Salty old Sea Dog is what my other son Dan said when he saw him the first time in 1984, and he was right.

that shirt was clearly a success!
we love this shirt... and to keep something so special is a must ;O)
Hello,
It is a great t-shirt, fishing and retirement go together. My hubby has some favorite old t-shirts too. Have a great day!
YES!!! So I'm not the only one that thinks Bob looks like an "ol'salt". Awesome.
Must be a man thing. Wade had a drawer full of new shirts but would wear the same old ones even though they had holes in them.
It must have been made well to.last do long! Seems like the tshirts Roget gets now wear out in no time.
I hope he can get out and fish soon. I would love to go sometime. I fished a lot in NC...fly fishing. That was the first thing my hubby and I talked about when we met! lol Hugs!
BOL LOL MOL If the shirt fits(your personality), I say wear it proudly. LOL
Hugs cecilia
Very sweet - sometimes we just love an old shirt - it has meaning to us.
Rick did great. Thanks.
I do think men like to hang onto some of these old clothes much too long. This one still looks pretty good.
That's a cool shirt and I love that he still wears it!

What a great memory!
Tom's got an OLD favorite t-shirt, too ... but it's something I hope to God he'll never wear in public.
LOL...What a perfect shirt for Bob!
It's amazing what men will love and hang onto.. like his brother the statue. That one still has me laughing.
Hi Sandra, It's a nice thing that Bob liked the T-shirt so much that he still wears the gift given by his son. It looks good on him too.
I love the shirt and glad he's still wearing it. It doesn't look like a rag from the photos. I'll have to show photos of my husband's favorite at home shirt some day, it is literally falling apart!
That’s a great gift from your son, even greater that it is still being worn after all this time.
I love that shirt and I love you and Bob!!
