Toddler/Senior can you tell the difference?

source HERE

Yesterday I told you I am a Senior with Seniors for Children. I did the Toddler thing myself, then with my kids, now back to toddler again,    Bob and I are slowly reverting to toddlerville.

Toddlers or Seniors, can we tell the difference?

Both

take small careful, balancing, stuttering steps

 fall down for no reason

have lack of balance skills

need help getting up or down

appear to hear nothing said to them

bump head, arms, legs into furniture and other things

demand their own way

know everything

have memory problems

can't be trusted at the cookstove

do not follow instructions well

Last but not least both walk funny with a diaper on!

Try it!  and try walking a dog..  😎😋🤣😁

Ha ha, too right! It's a second childhood, all right. A second toddlerhood!

But we DO know everything! As to the other points, I take the fifth..

I figure my job is to enjoy my second childhood even more than I did my first one. It’s going great so far. 😊. Love this post! ❤️

we agree... it's like being a kid again... just without parents...

Some but not all of those apply to me. The best part about being a toddler for the second time around is that if you want the ice cream you can have it and no one can stop you :)

Good morning,
I think many of these things are happening to hubby and I.
Oh my, what fun! Take care, enjoy your day!

Try Always Discreet! They are like regular underwear without the bulkiness. The best part of the 2nd childhood is ...no getting up to go to school. lol

Hello Sandra,:=) Funny post! You know how it is, and instead of moaning about , accept the inevitable that toddlerville is here to stay. All you wrote applies to me,I can't run a tap without rushing to the bathroom in toddler steps. :=)

I'm so pleased about David.

...pertaining to your last comment on my blog: gotcha!

This is too funny...too bad it is true. I like Ann's point about there is no one to.tell us no if we want ice cream

I'm ROFLMAO! 'Thinking about last week when 'someone' ruined my beloved little Blue Diamond skillet by putting 2 hot dogs on HIGH with no liquid.
It's just sad, most of the time people think toddlers are cute.

Just yesterday Bryan told me he heard to tv/movie stars were 100 and 103. Angie Dickinson was about to turn 100 and Jethro from Beverly Hill Billies was 103. My response was HOW DID THEY GET that old? Hugs Cecilia

I love my old age so far. I giggle at myself a lot and I'm just having fun here at home alone, but with a wonderful dog. I have a cane, I hold on to my walls when I forget the cane somewhere, if not in the house, I will find it outside. How it got there I have no idea. I never know what day it is, or if I remembered to feed my dog, I'm now using my phone to remind me. But I still know my appointments and other important things, like where my money is and how much I have, do my taxes, and other obligations. Still remember my friend's birthdays, stuff like that.

I had to laugh at the comment made about running the tap and having to toddle to the bathroom asap...that was me last night while washing the dishes..I guess i am reverting backward too.
Funny post and so glad to hear that David is back home.

Yep. Right there in Toddlerville with you! I would admit to toddler tantrums, but I just can't find the the energy to throw a fit!! More and more I have to budget energy burning activities to two or fewer a day!

Yes, we revert back to being toddlers again. I'm not ready for that just yet but I know it's coming.....
