A Prayer for Ukraine
God of peace and justice,
we pray for the people of Ukraine today.
We pray for peace and the laying down of weapons.
We pray for all those who fear for tomorrow,
that your Spirit of comfort would draw near to them.
We pray for those with power over war or peace,
for wisdom, discernment and compassion to guide their decisions.
Above all, we pray for all your precious children, at risk and in fear,
that you would hold and protect them.
We pray in the name of Jesus, the Prince of Peace.
Amen

Wonderful post!! As their president says, if Ukraine loses, we all lose. They are innocent, plus now the citizens are being attacked and killed; a war crime for sure. Your images are stunning and startling.
Beautiful post. Heartbreaking subject. 🥲
This is very touching. A wonderful post to share in their dire need. God send His Angels to protect them. Your photos are stunning.
Amen.
i find it heartening that the humble sunflower - which can be grown in one's gardens relatively easy is the symbol we can all relate to for this war torn country...
that are beautiful sunflowers... and we hope the light of all that sun-flowers and the light of hope can bring back peace....
Amen! I love the sunflowers for Ukraine, beautiful post.
Take care, enjoy your day!
Another amen! Out walking yesterday, I saw a lone sunflower and Ukraine came to my thoughts. I'll never see a sunflower again without thinking of the war-torn country.
