There is always an answer

Speaking of Kitchens! There is a place called The Shakepit. It is 3 minutes from home and sells things through a window, burgers, philly cheese steaks, sandwiches.
We tried to go there once to see what the food is like, it is take out or sit at picnic tables in a large covered and screened area. It was closed and I never went back.
This past week, trying to replace our Salems easy access to Bob's Philly Cheese, I drove there and it was once again closed.
I the queen of Google Search know to simply say
Hey Google give me the hours for The Shakepit.
I did that AFTER I drove there.
Its Simple. they are open 5 days a week. Since it is a Mom/Pop/Family run place they
take their 2 day weekend on Tues/Wed.
Which is when we usualy get takeouts

That is the simple answer to why when we got there it is always closed.
The simple answer to why a dark photo of my kitchen is  I wanted to take a square photo, setting the ISO on 800 in my cell phone
😍😍😍😍

I experiment with my camera too...a fun hobby. My toys now are a lot more fun than the ones when I had as a kid. Thanks for the explanations. 😊

Those are odd days to be closed. Then again it's better than being closed on the weekend. Will you change your takeout day so Bob can get his Philly cheese steak?

Hello,

I would be upset if one of my favorite places was closed, I guess everyone needs time off. You have to go back when they are open. I love Philly Cheesesteaks, YUM! Take care, have a great day!

And a very creative kitchen capture it is, too!!! For a small town, we have lots of restaurants and they nearly all deliver; two of them every day of the week, others according to whims that are never made clear. YAM xx

So how do you set the ISO and what is the ISO on your cell phone? I'm giggling at my own ignorance as I write this!

The kitchen scene looks so warm and inviting ... romantic, actually. ("Come closer, indulge!")
I'm SO spoiled by getting instantaneous answers from Google. And now, Google Maps! I just figured it was good for navigation purposes. But no! Nanette was showing me how she uses it exclusively when looking up, for instance, a restaurant. True, you get more information faster, and photos too. It's my new best friend!

Their closing days make sense, since they would get more business on the weekends. Will you go again this week? We have the same faucets! WHAT is that big white thing that looks kind of like a breadbox, but is not?? You've got a lot of room behind your sink! What is there? We have no room behind ours, it is up against a wall, and I think most are. This makes yours kind of unusual.

Much prettier than a DARK restaurant...
I do hope you get to try it sometime and its worth all the effort.
Dave and I had fast food burgers et all last night for dinner..
now I have gained another pound..this slippery slope is getting bad.
I should know better!!!

We love that photo - it tells us that day is done and family is winding the day down outside of the kitchen.

Happy Dr. Seuss Day!!!
