The rains keep coming every few days and Florida is becoming a tropical jungle again. The ferns I transplanted from around the yard are now 4 feet high, the banana tree is about 10 feet, Elephant Ear about 9 ft.

You must have heat and moisture AND fertile soil. That is amazing how fast it greens up and how fast the plants grow when they get their preferred conditions. Tigger would love to hide under those elephant ear plants.
Your yard looks like a tropical resort! It is really lush and beautiful. I am so glad it came back!
I'm so happy for you!

It's looking wonderful. It's amazing what a little rain can do. We could use some here.

Blissful! YAM xx
Good morning,
Yay for the rain! The plants are looking beautiful.
I love the elephant ears! Take care, have a happy day and a great weekend!
What a wonderful, lush yard you have. I love those big plants. Here in Missouri I would have to dg them up and put the all someplace for winter, but here in summertime I know they would do. Our neighbos have a huge banana plant that I notice every summer. I guess they dig it up and bring it in every year.
Awesome!!! ...and now we are in a drought.
Everything is very green and lush here and we see mushrooms pop up on the golf course...they look like golf balls! lol I'd like to take a dip in your pool!
What a great illustration of the power of nature! I just wish our humidity would move on. Tom and both our neighbors cut grass only 4 days ago, but it needs cutting again.
Wow it is a most beautiful tropical yard too
Hugs Cecilia
Thank God your drought is over! Your yard looks like a beautiful tropical forest there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So good to see the lush "jungle" again. It will be covering that fence in no time.
We sure could use some rain to give our drought a break.
Love the elephant ears..happy they have babies.

Hurray for daily rains! I sure do love how thick your jungle is getting!!!
Yes, you are developing a backyard jungle and hope the elephant ears will gors large enough to cover the fencing as you hope, Sandra.
Your yard looks like a tropical oasis. Gorgeous, lush and green :)
It looks like a tropical paradise! So different from my neck of the woods.
Looks like all your plants are very happy.I love of jungle of green like that.
everything in your yard looks beautiful! like a tropical place. for me, rain is always welcome in summertime. we’ve been in a heatwave and fires 🔥 are destroying many forests even villages in lots of parts of the country. love your jungle! big hugs!
