Bob had his 1-year visit to the Knee Surgeon this past week. We can't believe both knees were done, and a year is gone by. The visit was good, he doesn't have to go back. Xray showed they are perfect.
In april they opened this new facility and what a beautiful place. We walked inside and Wow! the 2 Lobbies were stunning.
You can tell by the photo how IMPRESSED Bob was.
you know what i did next.
There was not a straight line on a single piece of furniture.
I LOVE IT! yes, I did get strange looks from others. There were more pieces, but they had PEOPLE on them. this is only half the room

I LOVE all these windows, too!!!!
What great news about the knees. It's hard to believe it's been a year. I love all the pictures. 😊
What a nice waiting room. Interesting seating. I would hate to get there and see all those seats filled up with people waiting.
Bob looks less than thrilled with the whole situation.
Hello,
Bob does not look too thrilled. I am glad his xrays were perfect.
the facility looks very nice. Take care, have a happy weekend.
I'm glad the surgery was successful for Bob - must be a relief. And a nice waiting room can make a difference for how you experience a hospital visit - especially if you have to wait long!
That's good news and it's fun to see that furniture! I really love the curves!
MS what a beautiful lobby. The furniture flow is quite soothing and I like the style.
HAPPY HAPPY for Bob's bionic knees passing the test
Hugs

Oh my word -- the expression on Bob's face is priceless! Tom knows that one, too. To my command, "Smile!" he replies with a scowl, "I AM smiling."
I strongly suspect whoever did the lobby decorating is the same one that did our VA. There must have been a surplus savings on upholstery materials.
PS - Years ago I'd have been mortified to be caught taking a selfie, but not anymore. I figure the others are just jealous!
One year already - that did go fast. Bob did not seem to impressed. HAHA All those seats were amazing. I think it looks like a great way to handle Covid in the future.
All those windows are amazing..and the curves are so much nicer than static "office" furniture.
One year already!! Wow how time goes at a gallop.
I do love Bob's impressed look but hey, you actually got a photo of the 2 of you together!!!

Wow, that room is huge and really nice looking. So glad to hear that Bob's knee are doing well.
Don't you wish the rest of the story was perfect?
Some of those seats look so, so comfortable.
Your different expressions made me smile. And that waiting room is impressive. I like those curves on the furniture. It makes it more friendlier somehow.
You both look great although I agree Bob doesn't look to impressed with the new building decor. I think it's great and you got some wonderful shots. Love the colors and the angles of everything.
Hello Sandra,
Did no blogging this weekend, but here I am now, and there is so much to see. The furniture looks comfy and stylish which is so important for one's moral. I'm glad Bob's Xray is fine. I had mine this morning, but I will only know if my ribs have knitted together in a few days' time.I don't think Bob likes drawing attention to himself!
