recreation made in PicMonkey, I forgot to take a photo |
On Day 8 After Ian had passed by. My dermatologist froze 3 pre-cancerous spots right above my lip and one ON the lip.
By the time I got home, I looked like a Hollywood Star that got Botox in the top lip, forgot the bottom lip and the procedure went awry!
Her last words were, it will look worse than this but better in a week.
This is what it looks like Oct 11th and because I hate both of the photos above
I played to get a better one.
And to guide you to Beaus Blog over on FourpawsEtc
I give you the smiling
Mama of Beau, who is celebrating His 2nd Gotcha day

we will return to More of Hurricane Ian soon

The next to last are my favorite photos of you. Ouch, it looks like the doc gave you a huge blister. And the one on your lip must have hurt really bad.
What a time to have all that going on as well. You are brave to do selfies. F hates pictures of herself, that's why there are so many of me. xxx Mr T
Good morning, Sandra :=)
I have had that done twice, once by surgery, and then by freezing them off. They went dark brown, just like burns, but it was during the pandemic, and I wore a mask outside, so they weren't visible. Be careful and avoid the sun, or you need a really good sunscreen now.
Love your photos of you and Beau.
Sun does nasty things sometimes. Andy goes twice a year to have his done, and it does look worse before it gets better. Take care!
hugs to you... we hope it is better soon and there is nothing to worry ... lots of POTP

Ouch! Heal well and soon. YAM xx
I would think that would kind of hurt having it froze right in that area.
It is best to diverge instead of hypervigilance on the post-storm damage. Keep strong
I so love that last pic!
Hello,
I hope you are healing quickly, I am sure that hurt.
I like the photos of you smiling with Beau!
Take care, enjoy your day!
You two so love each other!! I love "the happy" you and Beau have.
Did you notice something amiss on your lip, or was this a routine derma visit? My mother had that done to her upper lip, as well. Ouch!
I'm loving this collage so much! Happy girl, happy boy!
Good news on the dermatology visit.
Heading to Beau's now
Hugs Cecilia
LOVE the photo of your and Beau.
I have had that on the face before and it will get better - glad they got them early.
One thing about dogs - they love you just as you are.
Well I guess we are "sisters under the skin"..Our faces will heal but oh my I know it's a shock every time I pass a mirror and see my face in all of its "glory" ...
Doing better and I know you will too. Good to get those spots taken care of before they become something else.
Beau and you are quite a couple. Cute photos.
I'm on my way over to Beau's blog now.

That looks painful but I'm glad you got it taken care of. Loved those photos of you with Beau.
I know that I had some things burned of my face about 4 months ago. Of course I never take photos of myself. You are very brave. Before you know it you won't see them at all. I'm glad they can do these things today. If my brother would have gone and had the plastic surgeon remove his by his eyebrow he would be alive today. He didn't want to lose his eyebrow so he lost his life instead. So sad.
