Fun for this day was taking photos of water bottle and playing with them.
I fill this bottle when I get up and drink from it until it is gone, fill again.
I like water but I forget to drink it. I put the glass there and forget. This bottle is BIG, I can't miss it.
It holds 1.5 liters.
THEY say a woman needs 2 liters a day. I drink a glass with my am pill and a glass with fruits
blended in it which gives me my daily needs
I have not missed my 8 or more for 4 days now.
Reasons we need water below and my IBS Coach says IBS does better the more we drink.
she suggests twice what is normal. More water seems to be helping

I try to remember to drink, but I don’t do nearly as well as you.
I'm a water girl... but sometimes it is hard to follow the rules... specially when you have to run all 10 minutes LOL
I don't drink nearly as much water as I should. Lately I haven't been drinking it at all. I've been drinking pepsi and coffee
I try to drink a lot of water, I keep water filled in a glass all day long.
Have a great day!
I, the Tigger, don't drink water at all. F sneaks some into my food but that is my lot. F drinks a lot of tea and coffee and eats a lot of raw fruit and veg which she says provides her daily fluids needs I get the impression that she doesn't like water much either. She does make a lot of trips to the toilet though. xxx Mr T

The 2l fluid a day is not just water - as Tigger points out, we gain water from fruit and other beverages than just plain water. As an IBS companion, I know that keeping up fluids definitely helps, so when I boil the kettle for my morning cuppa, I fill one 300ml flask and one 500ml flask with the rest from the kettle and consume those throughout the day on top of the two/three cups of tea and fruit and milk that I consume. YAM xx
This was a good reminder, Sandra, and I too admit to becoming lax although I do drink water and tea regularly vs. coffee, soda, or other drinks. The facts you included were helpful and perhaps I shoud add a new goal to my 2023 list…..drink as in drink water😉
I too love water but like you say if I am in a zone concentration I forget so I keep a bottle on my desk too.
I loved the Water pic

One thing Sandra, I am good at - I do drink my water.
Preparing a jug of water is a good idea. I need to drink more water.
I too don't drink enough water. I just plain forget to do it.
I don't drink soda at all and drinking sparkling water helps me get it down.
Glad the increase in water has helped your IBS.

I drink lots of water especially in the summer. I avoid to drink water at night, cos I don’t want to disturb my sleep with unwanted trips to the bathroom.
Interesting about the IBS. I usually swallow 1-2 bottles of room temperature water first thing with my pills but after that it's "maybe she will, maybe she won't."
It hurts to admit it, but my former boss (Cruella de Ville) was right -- when I drink from a straw I consume lots more. I also enjoy putting a few of those little flavoring drops (lemonade) in my tumbler.
A very good reminder Sandra...I try and try but don't always remember to drink all my water...You've got a great system
...and wonderful edits!
You always make the ordinary look pretty in your photos! Interesting post! I try to get my 8 glasses in a day.
I drink a LOT of water!! Louis Dean - not so much! It's a chore to remind him to DRINK!!!!
I do not drink hardly any water these days yet if I do, I think I feel better.
Fun photos with water bottles.
Mom tries to drink a lot of water, but she finds it a lot harder to do when the weather is cold. Our Dad has no choice, He HAS to drink a lot of water for his kidneys to work right,
We like water too, but it has to be really cold water.

Sorry about the IBS. Glad you found a way to help it with more water. Does it help?
