We had 5 days of glove weather and I had NONE.
Wearing 3 layers under the orange sweatshirt Hoody, a knitted cap, heavy socks up over my leggings I walked the Big Dog in 49-degree weather. brrrrr
I was warm, my fingers were numb with cold.

I have never heard of these. I know people use the fingerless gloves for doing tech. Very interesting!

Congratulations on finding those gloves :) I once got a pair that I think were supposed to be like that but when I try them now, they're not. Not 100% sure whether it's the gloves or my memory that's not working properly, though! (LOL)
Well done on the gloves. F uses gloves with the ends of the fingers missing and a sort of mitten flip over top to keep fingers warm when not using them for tying knots or pinching out seedlings and that kind of stuff. We would send you some but guess you are unlikely to need them again after this winter's weather bombs pass. If it is any consolation we are having a very mild winter and the plants think it is spring already! xxx Mr T

Those sound great - I don't where you are - everyone needs a pair of gloves - just remember where you put them!
Great find! I've two pair of gloves, but you think I remember to put them on? Little wonder, my cuticles are shot and the skin on my hands cracks in the cold.

That is a good temp to walk in around here in the winter.
I'm with you on 48 being cold. Since moving to the Sacramento area the way hotter summers and less cold days have thinned my blood..so to speak..I'm much more of a wimp now.
5 days of your cold is really a long time for Florida. Glad you found the perfect gloves. Just hang on to them. Good stuff.
