Fantasy Frogs From Ceramics to Digital Art

Freddy the frog, belonged to my mother. When she died in 1990, I brought Freedy to live in our front yard. A few days ago, he disappeared in the ferns, I could not even see him. While moving him to a better position, I turned him over to see what year my aunt made him and gave him to my mother, which is the story I have mentioned here before.
to my utter amazement, Freddy's inscription, baked into it, were these words

To Hey Mom, Love David and Janice..(my brother and his wife)

I sent a text to Janice and said remember the frog you made for Mother? what year did you make it.

She replied, are you sure I made it? or did I buy it. I said you made it and baked the inscription in it.
The most amazing answer was she made it sometime before 1974, which is when she quit doing ceramics.
I have a 40-year-old ceramic frog.
He was the inspiration for this.
In AI Creative Images on Edge browser, I typed.

frog,ferns,fantasy

My Favorite, which one is your favorite?

I have no ceramic frogs in my garden but a couple of toads are usually hopping around there.

Wow, that's an old frog. I had a ceramic cat that sat at the top of my steps until one of my kids friends knocked him down the stairs and broke him.
It's a tough decision on a favorite. All of them are great.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH each of the frogs are gorgeous.
I'd almost be willing to let them give me a kiss. The 3rd one is my favorite.
I am all kinds of happy you have your MOJO back

How cool to discover your SIL's inscription from long ago! (Now I'm chuckling about my 'long ago' b/c in some ways 1974 seems only a couple of years ago.)
Your creations are so fun, but my heart belongs to Freddy #1.

That's quite amazing that the ceramic frog is still around and hasn't "Crooked" yet..sorry
He's such a precious keepsake.
I really like the AI treatments and my favorite is the first one.
The reflections in all of the eyes are quite amazing.

You do make it hard to decide, but next to last keeps me looking and enjoying the longest. What a wonderful visible and touchable "memory!"

I will choose the 3rd frog.
All are so beautiful. Amazing that your frog made such a lengthy journey!!

Starting at the ones you edited, number two is my very favorite. The unedited one looks like a real frog!

I have never been allowed to play with frogs, but we like the third ai frog. They are all pretty (green and purple is a good combo) but no 3 is best for us. Xxx Mr T

Hi Sandra what a super keepsake. I also have a keepsake frog or toad, that my mother gave me to place by the pond. It must be at least 40 years old but is cherished as much as any gem. I love all the frog images, they are lovely.

Welcome back! As you know, Sandra, we are very fond of frogs (and penguins too) and my favorite in this post is fantasy frog #1, but the one in your yard is the best overall.

First how cool to have that Ceramic frog in such good condition after all these years. What a great inspiration to your AI art - I love the last 2 versions. Frogs are a favorite of mine.
