Sweet N Sour

Frozen fruit, 3 of each, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberry. I also love it with just frozen mango/strawberries.
1/4 cup 100% Cranberry Juice and fill to the max line with Vanilla Soy Milk.
Fire up the magic bullet!
YUM! it tastes a lot like those sweet and sour candies I used to eat. I use it as a meal at night, or a snack in the mid-morning.
Do you have a favorite healthy snack?

Photos taken before blending to ice cream consistency.

Warning! if you leave the container, sitting on the computer desk and find it much later,
it will require muscle power because the left over is berry, berry glue. think berry seeds glued fast.

SO healthy!!! Hmmm, I guess my kind of healthy food would be yogurt every day.

Yum! I am a fan of smoothies of all sorts... though I probably do favour bananas... I have been indulging in some late-season local strawberries, though. Just delicious jewels to brighten autumnal days. YAM xx

I have oat yogurt with berries or fruit in the mornings - and sometimes also as a snack in the afternoon or evening. I also eat quite a lot of fruit just as it is (bananas, apples, pears, peaches, pineapple, grapes, melon, strawberries...) (not oranges because they make my mouth itch!) Depends a bit on season if there is fresh Swedish fruit available or what imported ones are best (and how cheap vs expensive). I also keep frozen blueberries and raspberries in the freezer that can be easily mixed with yogurt.

Sounds and looks very yummy. My current favorite snack is pumpkin fluff. I don't know how healthy it is but it's pumpkin, sugar free vanilla pudding mix and cool whip. Tastes just like pumpkin pie without the crust.

When I saw Sweet and Sour, I thought of sweet and sour chicken :-)) Didn't expect it's fruity a dessert. It surely looks very tempting!

Now that I am 'cooking' in a hotel room i am taking more interest in recipes like that. (It does actually have a small moderately well equipped kitchen but I am mostly making salads). I might get a blitzer.

That looks so pretty, I'd be tempted to take a sip. (Almost, haha.) Tom began by buying fresh fruit, yet it spoiled so quickly he now enjoys a variety of those already cut up we keep in the freezer.
Do you use protein powder in yours? We bought a BIG container for him to add to the yogurt, but he keeps 'forgetting.'

For now, every evening I'm sticking with my Keto vanilla yogurt cups.

That looks pretty tasty! Most of my treats aren't really in the healthy category, yet!

That looks good! For whatever reason I never think about making smoothies!

Looks yummy and very healthy. Lightning would love a taste of each of the berries.

I would prefer it not blended and mixed with plain almond milk for non dairy but also yogurt if dairy works. I also am not good with strawberries.

I cannot think of anything healthy that I like as a snack...

Yum, I'm going to try this. For breakfast I eat fruit (choices between blueberries, strawberries and bananas) with a Greek vanilla and lemon yogurt (favorite at the moment). I also like avocado mashed on toast with a poached egg on top.
