I found a recipe on a blog, I neglected to write down which blog, sorry. I wanted to share with how easy it is to copy a recipe on a blog.
Highlight the words you want to print. Right click on the highlight words and choose Print and grab your printed copy, file in the folder.
I keep a folder for recipes because I prefer printed so I can highlight single words and skip all the whys and wherefores.
this works on quotes you want to keep. but with them, I highlight, right click, pull up Gmail, and crl v to pop the quote in the body and send it to my own email address. I do this with ideas and if there is a cartoon or graphic, right click and copy and paste it in an email. even if it is one, I am not going to use, i use them for remembering the ideas I have.

Sounds easy. To copy and paste on a gmail. Usually I bookmark the recipe and website under a recipe file in my favorites. Take care, enjoy your day!
Thank you for this tutorial. As a techno moron of the highest order all help is welcome!

....yes... or you can just highlight, right-click to select copy, and then paste the copied text into whatever document app you choose... YAM xx (OH and pee ess... that was Tigger's Mum the recipe came from)
Tigger's Mum doesn't care - she got the recipe off a calendar. It's public property - and now Peeps can get it off Sandra's blog too.
I'm very much a highlight and print kinda baker.
I do that all the time, too. Somethings I click and keep on my desktop in folders.
Read your two previous posts. I have also had a 'scolding' from that person and no longer respond or read his ramblings. lol. xo xo xo Diana
Great idea. I normally just highlight the recipe, paste to a doc folder then

Good tips! I usually copy the hyperlink and send it to myself in an e-mail. This, however, saves a few steps -- and when I print it out there's no worry about getting liquid 'stuff' on the page. Just toss in the trash and print another next time!
You always have the best tips. Now if I can actually do what you suggest, we'll be in business.

I have printed lots of recipes but never thought of doing it this way. I'll try and remember this for the next time.
I do that all the time too.
Gosh Sandra, that is one tiny thing I can do. Thanks for sharing all your knowledge tho. Thanks also for commenting on my blog after such a long absence. I appreciate it.
HA! I have a folder full of recipes too!
I used do some of this...but haven't done any of it in a long time. If it is a funny I want to share now, I just take photo of it...crop till just the funny part shows, then sent it in text or email...
Thanks so much for the tutorial Sandra...it is so much easier than what I was doing!
Great tutorial, thank you :)
Hi Sandra, that sounds easy. but I don’t own a printer. I just copy/paste on my iPhone and have it as a photo on my phone. then I download it to my computer.
