Picasso--esque?

 Denise, from  https://anenglishgirlrambles2016.blogspot.com/ said to me we are our own worst critics. And I returned with yes, I  am thinking Picasso might have stood back and said "what the heck did I do?" on his paintings.

You know what happened next!  I give you

Self Portrait by The MadSnapper! I call it
Picasso-esque?

and yes, it is permitted to add -esque to any noun and I know this because I asked AI Google and this is the answer from he/she/it AI.

Yes, technically you can add "-esque" to the end of almost any noun to create an adjective that means "like or resembling" something, so in that sense, you can put "esque" at the end of most words;

This brings to the Mad Mind, the question, is Picasso a NOUN?

YES! YES! it is per AI... must be TRUE! Read the last underline part. Isn't that ME?

Yes, "Picasso" is a noun that refers to the Spanish artist Pablo Picasso (1881-1973):

A prolific and influential artist who was a pioneer of cubism

Also worked in other styles, including drawing and sculpting

The name Picasso comes from the Spanish words pica, meaning magpie, and also, meaning talkative.    Love to all of you from The MadMagpie!

I love it! did AI do this? Because it is exactly YOU as painted by Picasso. Which by the way, I believe he was mad as well. Maybe even madder than you.

Not only is your picture creative your prose is too. Quite Sandra-esque in fact. Picasso would be proud.

For English education - all NAMES of things/people are nouns. Table, chair, blog...human... are Common Nouns. Sandra, Picasso, Madsnapper, are Proper Nouns. And this was was a fun post! YAM xx
