I found this somewhere, and thought, this will be fun to copy.
This is my drawing, two of them, the only difference is white and black background. From time I could hold a crayon, I loved to COLOR, I loved outlining whatever was in the color book in dark and color fill with bright. I still do love crayons, but now they are digital, and I draw my own or copy someone else who drew it.
You might remember the house across the street from us, has green lights all around it. I told you I call it the Columbian house. The reason I do, is I found photos of homes in Columbia and wow do they love crayon colors and so do I!
photo from internet of a street in Columbia |
It would take a box of 64 Crayons to color these homes and businesses, and Walmart sells them for $3.84, my digital Fake Apple pen was $22.00 and has unlimited colors.you can download free pages to color at
Free Coloring Pages by Crayola and open them in iPad and color all day long. As long as you remember to charge the iPad. ha ha

I absolutley LOVE how you entertain yourself in such creative ways! It is a real gift! Most people just watch TV or read or eat or drink. Not YOU! I hope you know how amazing you are!
The black and white backgrounds are so different looking, just by changing the background color! I do not have an iPad, or tablet either. Phil has an Amazon Fire tablet.
Fun, fun, fun! I like the flowers and thought the black background really made them pop.

Fantabulush, Sandra!!! Your art confidence has become excellent and it is that exploring and experimenting that it's all about!!! YAM xx
Crayola crayons, the actual thing, were a part of every childhood it seems to me, and it would be sad if they ever were to disappear completely. It’s great though that you have found the digital version and can let your creativity soar. I swear, in so many ways, you are an inspiration to all of us. Have a very colourful weekend! David
I don't have an iPad to color on! You make me wish I did. I've been thinking about it lately, but that would be one more thing to take up my time when I can barely keep up with what I do do! LOL I love your flowers and sunshine! That's beautiful! And those houses in Colombia are amazing! I wonder how they paint them so many different colors and up on such high places? Very carefully. LOL. You are very creative and I enjoy seeing what you will come up with next. I have been looking at faces in the rug in my bathroom and thinking that if I had an iPad I could take pictures of them and then draw around them and show everyone the many different faces that I see in there every day. Everytime I walk on it the faces change! Amazing the things you see while sitting in the bathroom! LOL. I know you'll appreciate this. LOL.
Hello and Happy Caturday!
I like both of your drawings, the white background is a favorite. The flowers look pretty. I used to love coloring too. Take care, have a happy weekend.
I love the crayon colors! And your pictures are Always so colorful!! Thanks for a fun post!

Crayons! 🖍️ Now that brings back memories. I had one of those big ones with lots of colors. I felt like I was the cat's meow. I have an iPad but can't figure out how to use it except for the "find and seek" kinda games that are free on Amazon. I wish I'd never bought the silly thing. Love your art. Keep going! It's fun seeing these pretty pictures. Love.
I love this picture. I might have to copy you for a change.
That is so true about the apple pen and it doesn't get dull when you color too much. Crayons sure have gotten expensive.
I love the picture you colored!
I have a coloring app that gives me a picture a day to color and I enjoy it!
Oh goodness...I sure wish I had been the one who first came up with the idea of making crayons. They have brought a lot of joy to children and adults alike. these look great...I now wonder why they have the green lights on their porch all the time.
As a child I adored (and still do) the names of all the Crayon colors. I didn't know about the free coloring. Thank you.
Hugs to you and the Double B's

I totally agree with what Linda said ... you ARE amazing! I've not given much thought to Crayolas in years, and honestly, may have been a little intimidated by them back in the day. Too many choices! Don't dare color outside the lines.
An iPad's not on my Bingo card right now, but gosh you make me wish it was!
I have a box of crayons...maybe I'll color today. When I find time...hahahaha! Hugs to you both, Diane
I really need to try some of these things you do. You find a way to keep busy and enjoy drawing so much. I haven't been well lately and I am so bored. I hope your weekend is a pleasant one and that Bob is doing okay.
I love bright colours - so cheerful.
How very crayon cool, you have lots of fun and talent going on!
Your creations are very pretty and colorful. Coloring can be very calming and relaxing. Mom has a beautiful set of pencil crayons and a few coloring books that she needs to make use of more often.

I love your version!
You have so much fun with coloring and you do it beautifully.
I would not know how to color or draw on the computer myself, but I just love what you did here, and I feel it is so bright and colorful. So cheerful.
