Rest in peace Allie, 14 years old, over the rainbow bridge, 6/6/2025
Belle, on the sofa, Allie on the red bed. Last night when Dan and Michelle got home from work they found Allie in much distress, laying in her bed. Michelle contacted the vet and before they could do anything she died.
Today Dan buried Allie with her sister Belle. Allie is the only dog to die at home. They are both traumatized as is Zoe. Belle passed over the bridge in 2020, and in the same year Zoe, the Mastiff puppy came and Allie took over the care of her baby that was bigger than she was in just a few weeks. Daniel buried Belle's ashes with Allie.
Allie and Zoe in 2020. Dan had recently lost Harley, a feral kitten he had brought inside. He buried Harley in his back yard and now Allie and Belle are there too. It looks so sweet I told him to add each dog and cat angel to the rocks as a memorial garden.

Oh Sandra, I am so sorry... It is so hard when we lose our beloved pets. after all, they are a part of us. And yes, Allie will forever be in your hearts...
Rest well, softly in peace forever, Allie ~ a life well lived. To Dan and all the family left behind, treasure the memories of the one who gave so much to you and know that you always gave in return.
Oh, how sad is this. Losing a beloved pet never gets easier. They give so much and ask so little. Condolences to Dan and Michelle and the remaining household.
Breaks my heart - I know how incredibly hard it is to lose our furry companions. That loss is in my future - in a year or two… You try to prepare but are never ready. My condolences 💐

So sorry to read about the death of Allie. Each loss is painful in a new and deeper way.
Oh no, nooo! I'm so sorry this beautiful girl's life was cut short. Thank goodness her dad and mom were there so she didn't die alone.
That was so good of Dan to prepare her final resting place, no doubt watered with their tears.

My deepest condolences to Dan. We all know what he and his wife are going through. Our dear pups are never with us long enough.

Oh, gosh, that breaks my heart about Allie and the others. 💔 So so sorry. Pets are like family, at least, they are for me. They give us so much and they only want loved. May all our hearts heal soon. Love ya. 💖
