Bob got the 3rd infusion today, and talk about CrAzY?  The RN supervisor was late, she called and said stuck in traffic, the Male RN assistant supervisor got here first, and when I was leaving I knew he was a God-Send to get Beau in the car because Beau tried twice to get in and could not and I could not lift him and Kevin lifted him in for me.
This was the time first ever going to the vet in 40 years with 6 dogs without Bob with me.
Beau lost 4 lbs and is at 77 lbs. He was loved on my 3 techs, the Dr and the front desk lady.
He is now on meloxicam for arthritis, his hips/legs are getting worse, he groans when he gets up and down just like I do. He love his ride with the window down.
Beaus annual is done, Bob's 3rd infusion is done and All Went Well.

You are an amazing lady to stay as calm as you did with all these frustrations. I’m glad you had help getting Beau into your car. I hope you have a calming weekend.
You have two patients to deal with and you do it remarkably well! That’s a big dog to get in and out of a car. You’ll need help every time. Hope the weekend is tranquil for you.
So glad that all went well in the end, and that you even managed to "keep your cool". Like the others above I hope the weekend will be a bit calmer for you. (Here, we have a storm raging today - and I'm glad to be able to just stay in...)

Brava that woman! Lots to be grateful for in this post. YAM xx
Good job not losing your cool through all of that. That male nurse sure came in handy to get Beau in the car.
Here's to a calm and quiet weekend.
I love how God comes to the rescue for you again, sending a male helper who could and would help you even with your sweet Beau! God knew you would need the help, so He sent him. I pray now that the infusion will be a great help to Bob. Praying for peace and a relaxing weekend with no major episodes of any kind. Sending you (((hugs))) and lots of love.
I'm glad everything was done that needed to be done.
I'm so impressed with you not losing your cool. What a week you had! You did it though and got through it all.
All went well is a phrase that is magical. Big hugs from all of us.
The goal is to make all thoughts obedient to Christ, and what we think about reflects how we feel. We always want to behave in a Christ-like manner as we can be tempted to act another way. There’s always a spiritual battle going on - for our minds
You are exercising God’s grace and by controlling your temper you showed a beautiful witness of the child of God that you really are.

Thanks so much for this update!!! I seriously doubt I would've/could've been as calm. Praying that the new meds help Beau's pain levels. Maybe Amazon has a small foldable ramp for automobiles?
Love that latest Procreate -- you and Beau are ready for Mardi Gras!
Hello,
It is good you were able to keep your cool. Some things we just do not have any control over. I am glad all went well at the vet with Beau, I hope the meds help. Also good that Bob was able to get his 3rd infusion. Take care, have a peaceful weekend.
We're so glad the meds were found, and Beau had a good visit at the vet. You are doing great keeping your feet on the ground and handling the things that you can control.
I'm glad that Beau got to enjoy his ride and got some medicine that, hopefully, will work and make him feel better. Glad too that you stayed calm through all the chaos of missing meds and many nurses.
The above comment was from me. I must have been absent so long from blogging that they eliminated me.
Good for you for handling it so well! I'm glad you had some help getting Beau into the car and that his visit went well. Continuing to send love and prayers. Much love.
Well Done !!
Love leaving the God size problems to Him and just doing your Me size ones.
Glad the infusions started and you have gotten Beau taken care of too.
Love your Procreate and praying that this weekend will be full of peace and rest.

I love your Procreate image, it is sixties psychedelic!! So glad all went well. Phil was prescribed Meloxicam!
Happy birthday to Bob - I hope the infusions work! And what did the vet say about Beau????
You’re amazing! Sending lots of hugs❣️
Poor baby! Our gr-girls have a dog, large and hips are getting bad. She (Lucy) weighs about 70 lbs, no running allowed.
Another Angel in disguise with the nurse who came early...those hips can get so sore for man and beast.
God surely is taking care if you all, in so many ways, big and small.
I had to get hubby out of the tub, which he slid into, fully dressed trying to clean it...whoops...it was no easy task, but somehow it got done...not the cleaning but positioning him so he could grab the grab bar and push himself back on to the tub edge. Sheesh, I wish we had a walk in shower...
I found him like that when I came home from being gone for ten days...something alerted me not to pick up the dogs until the next day...he must have been in there for a bit; he thought an hour, but in those situations a minute can seem like an hour...I had him on the phone when I crossed the border, all was fine then and that was 2 1/2 hours before I got home. (167 miles...) He wasn't injured, thankfully.
I'm so glad you can keep calm through all the turmoil you can get into. Poor Beau in arthritic pain.
What a blessing the meds came. It's amazing how He can give us strength to go through these things with a peace which isn't of the world.
Hugs to you and Mr. Bob and scritches to Beau, I'm sorry he hurts when he moves.
You've absorbed the slogan KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON. (Really big dog next door has arthritis problems too. He gets hemp oil in his food which seems to help him.)
Bravo Sandra :)
Keeping your cool when things get out of control is the best way of solving problems, and the rewards are great, and good things start to happen. I'm glad you got help to get Beau into the car and I hope the medicine helps with the pain of arthritis and also that Bob got his third infusion.
I'm glad to hear he helped you with the pup and that the stuff finally arrived AND that you handled yourself with grace. That's amazing stuff. You are one amazing cookie!
that was very nice of that man to help you with Beau. Hopefully someone at the vet's did the same for you coming home. We are proud of you for doing your best to stay calm, nothing you can do to change the situation so you just have to make the best of it. You are doing well.

Glad it arrived. Wow, I'm glad he was able to be there to help you get Beau in the car. I'm glad he was loved by everyone. I love that he enjoys riding in the car with the window down.
Glad the all those things are now done. Take care.
