C. Cooper and the Skyway Bridge

Illuminating Florida's 'flagship' Sunshine Skyway Bridge -

Andrea is driving too fast, we are flying across the Sunshine Skyway, a big beautiful Tom Cat, is straddled on the bridge rail. Its Brian, from Brian Home.

We never pass the cat, it stays where I can see it. The faster Andrea Drives, the more the cat rocks from the movement, I am yelling slow down, the cat will fall off the bridge.

I hear a yell, look out the back, a car is racing along beside us, Charlie Cooper is trying to toss a big black Bible out to me, he wants me to read it while riding on the bridge and see how it feels so weird.

I yell Andrea, slow down, the cat will fall and Charlie is trying to toss a Bible in my window. She says, "what?" Why is he throwing the Bible?

Slow Down!!! the cat will fall and he just hit the trunk with the Bible, they drove really close and grabbed it and is now beside us tossing the Bible through the window.

She starts to slow down, there are red flashing lights, the roadside has several bodies laying in the edge, I am feeling like I am having a heart attack and

I WAKE UP!

and look at the clock, its 10:30 AM Sunday morning and my ribs are hurting really bad. I sit up and think now what, reach down and the waist band of my under wear has come up and is across my floating rib.

Yes. that is real I do have one. I have slept from 8:30 to 10:30, so deeply I dream.

I tell Bob the dream, he says that's crazy. Charlie Cooper is a preacher from Georgia, a pastor of my dad's church after daddy retired, have not thought of him since daddy died in 2006, have not seen my cousin Andrea since 2008.

The Bible in the dream he was tossing is this one. I had to get it out of the closet to take this photo.

I recognized the one in the dream,it was this worn out, taped together with duct tape, marked with yellow markers and ink. I have  7 Bibles, on this shelf, the yellow dot is so worn its falling apart, from 1967, the red dot is the only one I can READ now, It is Large Print NKJ, bought in the mid 90's because of eye strain.

7 Bibles, 1 dictionary, 2 commentaries on the Bible. Rarely touched now that I no longer teach

Andrea Drives an SUV and has no trunk.

I have wasted the entire morning and The Too Do list is not done, I am 2 hours behind. WHAT HAPPENED? I think it was an exhausted to the bone dream, but who knows. no drugs were involved.

At least Brian the cat did not fall of the sky-way..How could he, he is an angel now.

for those who are still with me, this is what Ai says about the floating rib, seems it flares up under drama, trauma, hypermobility! that is My Life Now

AI Overview

How many ribs do humans have? Men, women, and anatomy

"Floating rib" refers to the 11th and 12th ribs, which are the same in women as in men and do not attach to the breastbone or other ribs. Pain in this area can be caused by a condition called slipping rib syndrome, where these lower ribs move out of place and cause symptoms like sharp abdominal pain, or it could be due to a posture issue called rib flare. Women may also experience symptoms due to conditions like slipping rib syndrome, which can be triggered by trauma, hypermobility, or multiple pregnancies.  I had the pain of slipping rib about 12 years ago and found out about the floating rib pain, Remember I had a fight with a wasp nest recently.

I have been living drama/trauma/hypermobility for 7 months, 4 with Bob in the hospital bed......

Your dream...going so fast and cannot slow down. This means that things are totally out of your control and speeding away. I have the same need for control, but life seems to have other ideas.

It's no wonder, given all you are going through. I hope things settle down soon and you get a break and can get some decent sleep. Love and prayers.

Goodness I seldom remember a dream but then I never have distressing dreams (have never experienced nightmares or had recurring dreams - I got shot in the ribs in a dream once and even that wasn't scary but did wake me up with a pain in the rib where it hit me🤣)

Hello,
wow, that is a dramatic dream. I hardly ever dream if I do dream I do not remember them. You do have a lot going on there with Bob, it would be nice to have things settle down. Take care of yourself. Sending prayers for you all!

It is really quite amazing that the mind can create scenarios like this. No doubt it is fuelled by the stressful daily existence that is yours, but it’s still a harrowing dream. Better make sure that your underwear and floating rib don’t get together too often!

What a terrifying dream. It takes a long time to recover from such unpleasantness. I hope your nights can be more restful now.

That is one wild and scary dream. My dreams always seem to involve me being at work.

Hello Sandra :)
How terrifying, You must have woken up in a panic. I hope you don't have any more nightmares. I didn' know about the floating rib I have one that catches on skin when I put my boots on! It's one of the ones I broke and it didn't heal well.
Miss you, Sandra and wish you well.

Dreams like this can sure raise your blood pressure and when a dream feels so real, it doesn't go away as soon as you wake up..You think about that dream for a while. Interesting what our dreams are speaking to us..

My word, that dream! That dream made me tired though as always, you told it really, really well. Really well.

I've heard of floating ribs before. Though I can't recall from where. Interesting though just the same.

Wow, what a dream you had. I can never remember my dreams. Please take care. ((Hugs)) This is way too much for you. Keeping all of you in my prayers.

Whew! What an intense, riveting dream you experienced! I can only remember one -- not only the dream itself, but the time it took to "recover" after. Floating rib is new to me, but I pray you don't ever have anything like this happen again.

PS - We saw on last night's news where traffic on the Sunshine Skyway was being closely monitored on account of the high winds. Even waves crashing over the seawall onto Howard Franklin traffic.

This seemed more like a nightmare then a dream, Sandra, and a terrifying one too, but then nightmares usually are just that

That was some dream! You explained it very well - so much so could feel the palapatation's from my heart. I tend to have vivid dreams as well.

I'd say that was a super dream! You most likely (definitely) are over tired and exhausted. That's when I have the most vibrant and wild dreams. Sending good thoughts and prayers your way. {{hugs}}

I wish you calmness.

Wow, I am totally out of breath after reading this. One dream like that is enough...no more you hear?
I pray that things slow down for you and that a peace and calmness will become part of your days now.
Love you my friend.

I'm really sorry your rib is hurting like that. Like you need something else, right!? I keep wondering if that dream means something...and so strange to dream about Angel Brian, LOL! Hope you're recovering from all that.

That was quite a dream you were having. It read like a scene from a movie.
