Not one but two banana trees this year, and they are at 10 feet tall right now.
the dwarf poinciana continues to bloom and this was the largest flower (size is 1 and 1/2 inch) it has had since Bob planted it 2 years ago. did I tell you this is one of the trees my hubby planted from a seed and it lives in his bucket garden?
OK, so this is not the back yard, it's my kitchen table and the flowers are molded from plastic and very fake. I like them and the sunbeam was shining on them and you know the rest (snapaholics will snap anything in sight)
Can you tell I am reaching Way Way Out There to find a post???? I am spending a lot of time playing with settings on my camera and playing in photo shop. When I have something spectacular to show, you know I will!
( for Pete's sake, I was putting this on auto post for Thursday and put the Wrong Date so here is Thursday on Wed and there will not be one tomorrow. )

Okay---so you have two posts today... That's okay... Glad you are spending time learning more about Photo Shop... That's important!!!!!
Do you get bananas OFF of your banana tree??? I remember the first time I saw bananas growing on a banana tree... I was SO impressed....
Beautiful arrangement on your table. I'd never know if wasn't real...
Hugs,
Betsy
Yes you did..ours is still in bloom and I never get tired of it- besides, one day is not like the other. Pretty flowers on your table-
Your flowers are beautiful as always. I could not tell the ones in the vase are fake. They are beautiful for fake! All those camera settings went right over my head! I know that was for REAL photograpers. I am MS. POINT AND SHOOT! And don't do a lot of that. Snapper II is the photographer in our family!
Oh, forgot..Bananas are great to have growing in your yard- these look good too btw- nice and healthy! All of mine including the whole lot of trees and plants could use fert right now!! Have a lovely evening Sandra-
I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets 'confused' about post dates. Just keep on snapping.
There is nothing wrong with two posts in one day, not when you have great stuff like this.
I love the banana plant, my dad grew them when I was a teen in GA. He would did them up at the end of the summer and store them in the basement until summer. Have these bloomed? I always thought the bloom (sort of a bloom) was awesome.
