“May your joys be as bright as the morning, and your sorrows merely be shadows that fade in the sunlight of love. May you have enough happiness to keep you sweet, enough trials to keep you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, enough hope to keep you”

Lovely, but oh do our concepts of "autumn" differ... ;) LOL
They are beautiful, but I agree with Dawn treader, Our autumn is different. Dull is the word, we still have a long way to go and the leaves never get as beautiful as they do notrh of us.
these are lovely shots Sandra, same here in my place we have a very dull autumn.
Best regards,
Dave
ps. thanks for your continued encouragement.
Sweetie, your Autumn colors are just magnificent!!!
May God bless your beautiful day!!! :o)
This hibiscus is absolutely gorgeous -- I love the color. You got great pictures.
Hibiscus that love cold weather? What counts as "cold" where your are? I love those flowers. We, too, are geographically disadvantaged when it comes to fall color. The most striking is the invasive alien popcorn tree or Chinese tallow tree. It is even invading our ecologically critical salt marshes and creating uplands in places. Keep those photos coming!
You best get out the Long Johns. I checked your forecast and you've got days coming up where the temperature won't quite hit 70 f. Of course I can't complain our high today is supposed to be in the mid 60s. They call that Indian Summer here.
These are gorgeous Sandra.. and I am sure their fragrance is just a wonderful ..
Love your Irish blessing.. makes the day a little softer..
have a beautiful day.. hope its filled with heavens fragrance..
Right now my colors of fall are drabbed out... is that a word... drabbed? Yes, just looked it up and it is a word. Anyway, it is drizzling and rainy and we are filled with cold virus germs and stuffiness and all washed out. So even though our fall colors of a few red leaves and yellow leaves is starting to expand.... what I see the most is drab. I hope to get over this so that the magenta of zinnas and mums, reds and yellows of blanketflowers and lantana and a few pink, green and whites of a small hydrangea that is still blooming. Oh yes... I have a Salvia black and blue that is still trying to hang on will brighten the days again.
These are so lovely - and my Mom agrees - standing over my shoulder!! ;o)
I love the color of the flowers . How very very gorgeous they are. All my flowers have gone to see and we do have some leaves left.
One of my kittens was hit today by a car .
Darn it. I hope you have had a good day.
Sandra, these are gorgeous- made a perfect header with your nice dark background! The quotes are terrific, my favorite is the Irish..I read it over several times!
The hibiscus is absolutely gorgeous, I really like the last shot. And your header photo is stunning. Those are great quotes.
