I like the view from your chair, those are nice shadows. There are so many possibilites for things that could be hanging from that hook. In my yard it would be a hanging basket so that's what I'll guess.
Interesting shots today, I like the shadow works. What is hanging from that rope, have no idea. But I will make a wild guess...could it be a basket of flowers??? I love your header photo :) Have a lovely Sunday!
I first thought that was a tree branch and I was going to say how cool that you discovered a zebra tree. :) No clue what's hanging from that rope so I'll just wait till Monday
I love the shadows. It is fun to out some limits on our photography. I have made myself just shoot on my small yard, looking for something interesting. No clue what is having there.
I'm going to go with the others and say a plant or a swing chair, or a boat! LOL. Looking forward to seeing the answer tomorrow. Thanks for the fun Sandra. :)
Snap! Love the play of shadows, but no one around me seems to appreciate it. I took a photo the other day of a chainlink fence with the shadows creating curly-Qs. My husband was not as enamored with it as I was. :(
Cool shadows.... Let's see....a planter....a clothes line....a string....a oven....a hat....wait this makes no sense....I don't know....I will wait until tomorrow....Have a fun day!
It's a Zebra Stick!!! Cool! My guess it it's a plant hanging there, but I am never right about these things. I think I told you how much I love your St. Patrick's Day post with Rich?
I have no idea what is hanging there...it doesn't look like it has much weight to it though looking at it, I am not sure but what it might be the ends of the ropes...I wondered was it a dog toy or a bird feeder....

I'll guess a swing. Love your shadow shots, Sandra.
The plants I see on your blog are so familiar as we have the same here. Same shadows too but I have no idea what hangs from the bar.
Great shadow shots.
And you could start a new category... Rust stain shots!!! :-)
Love your sit, stare and snap pics! And I will try it. :)
My first thought is a plant hanging from the rope, maybe one of those ferns that you have.
Happy Sunday Sandra!
Lovely clear shadows here!

My guess is a flower basket (maybe empty)...

If it's your back yard then it has to be a hanging plant, I can't think of anything else ;)

I like your sit, stare and snap idea. I need to spend more time sitting and staring. I haven't a clue as to what might be hanging from the pole.
I love your new header - so springlike! And the shadows are so interesting - I am going to guess hanging plants. sandie
Great shadow pictures, Sandra... Sitting and snapping is a great idea!!!!
Hugs,
Betsy
Sit, stare, snap! The problem is my snapping would rarely produce such interesting images. And is that bougainvillea in your lovely header photo?
