Zentangle Challenge Friday

with pen

In a prior post, Zentangle Challenge, I ask anyone who wanted to play, to create a Zentangle and post on Friday...

After watching this Cindy Angiel YouTube video of BASIC Advanced BEGINNER instructions, I found I have NO gift for Zentangle on paper as seen above and below.

with pencil and sharpies

MadSnapper Muttering at the kitchen table: "  "This is just to HARD.".. "my head is hurting and I am so stressed my shoulders are aching".

Bob, sitting at the counter with his snack, said
"Well, why don't you just quit?"

"I can't, I challenged the bloggers, I have to create Something"

I GAVE UP paper and pen... and went to PicMonkey.... ...and found my Zen was there...

Zentangles above and below by MadSnapper completed in PicMonkey.

It is not to late to play... post it today or any day.

Your work turned out so pretty! When I get over this bug I am going to give it a try! Looks like fun! I can't freehand draw at all but I love to play with drawing tools! You have inspired me AGAIN! Have a great weekend!

You gave it the old college try. Did you do a linky or something so people could put their posts? I don't see any others. I'm glad you tried it first!

I think it's why I didn't attempt it Sandra, but I admire you for not only giving it a try but coming up with your creation.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend :) Who is that gentleman who lives near the Arches? I would love to see his photos.

I cannot find the Geometric, maybe it is one you have to pay for? I love your center one in picture two!!! Yes I DO! Love the colors you chose!!! I think I like it so much because it looks just like something I would make, but a bit better. I would love a purse in this same colors and pattern...or maybe a basket.

We all have our medium we are most comfortable with. You did fine but I see you are more comfortable where you are familiar.

I think we all are.

It looks far too tricky for me, Sandra, but I'm impressed that you gave it a try.

Not even going to try! I am a wimp when it comes to creativity.

Well you did give it a good try. I'm not so sure I'd do very good at it either and didn't have time to try this week. If I ever do I'll be sure to let you know.

you did way better than I did since I never even got to it. I do like the ones you did in picmonkey. I really haven't felt like going near the computer at all. I'm doing some catching up on visits tonight but doubt I'll get around to posting yet again

Looks like you found a system that works for you. :) Not much point in it if it's no fun.

Eek! I think this would take more time and patience than I have at the moment. I'm going to look it up but that's probably as far as I will get. Love your PicMonkey creations.
