The 270.00 diagnosis is her intestines are turning themselves
inside out, she ate something really nasty. like mushroom or chocolate or a frog
or something. he said not the Shifferleria tree. He is 99 percent sure she ate something... If the treatment doesn't work, it could be the Big C... he just had to say that.
Treatment & days of antibiotics twice a day to be poked way down back of throat.
Twice a day special canned food, once she starts eating. No food at all today.
She is not allowed in the yard without a leash for 7 days... OH NOOOOO. she is used to coming and going at will. the reason for this if she gets in what ever it was while she is this sick it will kill her.
No treats at all for 7 days.. NONE... OH NOOOOO
She got an injection for the nausea...
The next 7 days will not be fun for her or us... because Jake can have what he wants, there in lies the problem...
Thanks everyone for caring with me... and all you well wishes.

be good, baby! don't give mom and dad a hard time. (actually, i'm hoping you'll soon be feeling well enough to give them a really hard time!) :)
I'm not giving up on Baby just yet. She will pull through and be a happy little dog for her mom and dad soon. I'm sending you all my love. Take care guys!
Be a good girl for mom and take your meds and follow doctors orders. Hope she's feeling better real soon.
I'll be thinking of you over the next 7 days
Like babies, I wish our pets could communicate with us, something like ~ "yes mom I couldn't help myself and I ate that frog!" Wishing him a speedy recovery!
Wishing you Christmas magic!

Oh no, I hope your fur-baby will be ok.. I can not imagine no treats, poor baby..feel better soon, ok.
I hope she will recover fully. As far as treats go, she may not even want any until she's better. I hope you can get some sleep and that all this will be over soon. Sending hugs, Inger
Well then, we jut HAVE to pray that is IS something she ate. Maybe a poison toad or mushroom. Keep me updated every day.
I hope it was something that will soon be gone out of her system!! Poor baby Baby looks so sad but she does look comfortable. I'm with Ginny--updates please!
Best,
Bonnie
I am praying for Baby to be easy to handle during this healing process. She will know you are doing what is best, maybe. I have been praying and will continue.
Love hurts, doesn't it?? Not to mention being expensive!! Hoping Baby understands you are only doing the best you can for him!!!
Continued love and prayers!
I remember a preacher once preaching about praying for critters. He said he wouldn't HAVE a dog that he didn't pray for!! We are praying for YOURS!
So so sorry! I will send prayers up for a full recovery! Bless this baby's heart....
Oh, poor Baby, I'm so sorry she is so sick. I'll pray for a quick recovery. No treats and having to be on a leash outside is going to be tough. Get well soon, Baby!!
And you take care, too, Sandra. You will be busy these next few days caring for her.
We are thinking and praying everything will be OK. Our fingers and paws are crossed real tight.
Best wishes Molly
