Ginny's Rooster Photo |
Ginny posted this rooster weather vane
HERE a few days ago. I asked for permission to PicMonkey using her photo and created the first photo by adding her pic to my pic of a sunrise...
UPDATE:
Please accept my apology now... the above was my whole post for today.
BUT..... I MUST share the tutorial I received in email this AM from my beloved PM creative staff.
Video Series: Using Black and White......
|
one click black and white |
Note subtle changes when clicking on the color bar.
|
green click |
|
Pink click |
|
Red click |
You might need to click to enlarge to see the difference. These are screen shots. The thing I learned today, is clicking turns it black and white. If you click in the colors, each color changes the way the black and white looks... You have my permission to PLAY Today.... but only if you want to... Thank you PM staff... I learn something new each time they email about what I have been using for 2 years.

I love the way you edited Ginny's weather vane. Very nice. I signed up to get the PM info too. Had not read the latest update yet. Thanks for sharing.
I need more coffee! I clicked on your post thinking you were Ginny. No, it was "your madness" herself. I'll be o.k. after another cup.
Best,
Bonnie
Cool! I think I better look into PicMonkey a bit more. I've used it a little, but not in that way. It's quite the tool and you use it so well! Love that first shot. Just beautiful.
That sunrise is breathtaking...your (pic)monkeying around w it was excellent too

oh, i do like the changes to the b&w!! neat!
I always check out what happens when applying different color filters for black and white...I used to have actual filters I used on my film cameras for B&W.
I totally forgot to say I love what you done with the two shots!
You did a good job monkeying about with Ginny's photo! :)
Great work. Love that shot.
My Pic Monkey expired.
I so much love the first one. So you did that by clicking on the black and white, and then the colors?
Thumbs up girly!
I remember this rooster, love the colors and I love what you've done!
How COOL! love the effect and color. Did you see picmonkey's video tutorials :-) Golden Woofs
I love the weather vane! That first photo is very cool.
That is such a colorful weather vane. Usually they're all black. And I love roosters anyway. Well, I love the way roosters look, let's put it that way!
I knew I recognized that rooster. cool play time edits. Amazing what you can do with just one little click on the black and whites.
I love what you've done with the rooster. Like the lights in the first ones.
It's so fun to let the creative juices flow when you can.
Stunning
