Let Your Light Shine Rooster Tail Tale

Sunrise, the hour when the night breaks away from the day. Jean Genet
Ginny's Rooster Photo
Ginny posted this rooster weather vane HERE a few days ago. I asked for permission to PicMonkey using her photo and created the first photo by adding her pic to my pic of a sunrise...

UPDATE:
Please accept my apology now... the above was my whole post for today.
BUT..... I MUST share the tutorial   I received in email this AM from my beloved PM creative staff.

Video Series: Using Black and White......

one click black and white
Note subtle changes when clicking on the color bar.

green click
Pink click

Red click
You might need to click to enlarge to see the difference. These are screen shots. The thing I learned today, is clicking turns it black and white. If you click in the colors, each color changes the way the black and white looks... You have my permission to PLAY Today.... but only if you want to... Thank you PM staff... I learn something new each time they email about what I have  been using for 2 years.

I love the way you edited Ginny's weather vane. Very nice. I signed up to get the PM info too. Had not read the latest update yet. Thanks for sharing.

I need more coffee! I clicked on your post thinking you were Ginny. No, it was "your madness" herself. I'll be o.k. after another cup.

Best,
Bonnie

Cool! I think I better look into PicMonkey a bit more. I've used it a little, but not in that way. It's quite the tool and you use it so well! Love that first shot. Just beautiful.

I always check out what happens when applying different color filters for black and white...I used to have actual filters I used on my film cameras for B&W.

I so much love the first one. So you did that by clicking on the black and white, and then the colors?

That is such a colorful weather vane. Usually they're all black. And I love roosters anyway. Well, I love the way roosters look, let's put it that way!

I knew I recognized that rooster. cool play time edits. Amazing what you can do with just one little click on the black and whites.
