Hidden Expenses of Android Use

Saturday my left pointer finger was hurting so bad, Bob took me to Urgent Care Walk In clinic. The doctor moved it around and up and down and said... Do you by any chance have a new android device? YES! I have TWO..... his answer was you are suffering from MADTapper Syndrome, I will wrap it to remind you to take a break from tapping... Once a day for 10 minutes, remove the splint and tap away... Hidden Cost #1

wire mess borrowed from internet HERE
Hidden cost # 2 is Electricity Used For Charging...
As I plugged in my Tablet, I said to Bob, it seems like all I do is charge things these days. Kindle, laptop, tablet, phone... I need to create a Charging Station.

His answer was... don't forget the cost of the electricity and the wear and tear on your fingers is going to cause PAIN sooner or later..It seems I had been tapping for several hours.
UP POPPED the idea for the finger shot.. I said if I had Popsicle sticks I would do a post on this.
He came in with 2 sticks and HERE WE ARE..
PS... he has a charging station in the garage... but that is another story

I'm so glad this isn't true! I did get a bit suspicious toward the end, but you gave me a good laugh. Tap away!

I'm with you on all of this. We have wires hanging everywhere for charging ipads, phones etc. As for the finger syndrome, I think I have wrist syndrome, my right wrist is killing me at the moment and I know it's all due to the use of the blooming mouse. What can we do???? I love my computer.

OK you got me. I was going to say what a coincidence that you had the same finger splinted that I did.
My big problem with the charging is that I only have one charger for both my phone and my kindle. When I got my kindle it didn't come with a charger but luckily the one for my phone works with it.

I have to admit that I was laughing at your finger "injury" even before you admitted you were a fraud!!
Keep on keeping on. I think you should be a spokesperson for all those instruments.

Best,
Bonnie

Hahaha! You are a scream (in a good way, I might add. :-) And BTW, oh yes, LEMON Oreos. I really wish there were a place where I could buy just one. I would do it. I don't dare have them in the house because Mr. C. is not a sweet lover and I'd end up eating the whole package. :-((

It's not April 1st is it? You had me going for a while. Mad Tapper Syndrome I can see that. I was complaining about my hands being a bit cramped and was told I need to stop using my laptop so much. I told him he needed to stop using his iPhone and then I'll stop using my laptop, lol. Tit-for-tat, tit-for-tat, thrust-parry-thrust-parry, and so the world turns - on the internet ;)

Funny lady!
All kidding aside, I wouldn't be surprised to see someone peddling their 'Droid Crutch' on a future episode of Shark Tank. Quick, Bob, get out there and invent something (*smile*)!

Glad you and Bob were just toying with us, Sandra. And like others have already commented, this would have been a great April Fools posting.
