Today is Flower Friday, alas I have no flowers, but I do have colorful foliage from my Walk A Mile each day . Walking In Sunshine makes me happy....

I'm sure that I walked at least a mile yesterday when I was mowing. I should do it every day though. The walking, not the mowing :)

I love walking and seeing what type of flowers and stuff my neighbors have! When in Calif I loved seeing what folks did in their yard and seeing what I might be able to do in my yard.

We do not have side walks here, so we always walk in the woods on the fire roads. ENjoy your day!
The sun paints things beautifully
Looks like Mother Nature is back on her meds today is 360 degrees different from the fury she unleashed yesterday. All good here no damage and no power outages. There are trees down in and around our county.

I love this last picture, with the crotons on the fence, and in the sun!! Are there any stray dogs or cats around? Do you take the same route each time? A mile is so long! You are amazing.

Walking a mile a day Sandra that is Great. It shows how you look so healthy. The one picking up your beautiful dog. You a tiny lady now. You were sitting on a chair with your hubby.
