Blades of Grass

Shadows of leaves and blades of grass found on my morning walk.

Blades of Grass and Pure White Stones
arr. Keith Christopher - Hal Leonard Corporation

"Blades of grass and pure white stone shelter those who've come and gone.
Just below the em'rald sod are boys who've reached the arms of God.
Buried here with dignity, endless rows for all to see.
Freedom's seeds in sorrow sown, 'neath blades of grass and pure white stones."

Luffs the light and shadow of the blades of grass...just shows you need to stop, sniff and take in the scenery and not rush around your walkies...I keep telling the peeps but will they listen?

Nice shadow shots and moving lyrics. Quite the contrast between nature and your happy bright shoes.

This is so incredibly moving, Sandra! I love how you've taken this reader from the fallen leaves to those who slumber at Arlington. Watching this video I'd both goosebumps and unashamed tears. Wow.
