I AM HERE but NOT

What happens at meetings, How it works, Weight loss tips, What can I eat. If you click on this link to
TOPS  you will find a lot of free info. If you don't like meetings, you can attend online meetings and get access to the web site, by joining. It is 32 a year to be a member.

Most of you know I have lost 64 pounds in the 2 years I have been a member at TOPS and going to weekly meetings. It is the perfect support group.

I have been missing because I accepted the position as leader of our chapter. Our Leader retired to travel. Lots of work involved in the change over. My kitchen table is buried under paperwork and I have no where to store it.
This means Clean out the cabinet and closet in the dining room  that has been on my TO DO list for a year now.  You all know what that involves. Throw out stuff to store more stuff.. to be continued...

I don't envy you having all that work to do but it was nice of you to take the position so that the group could continue.

Hello,

I think you always enjoyed being part of this group. Being a leader can be very rewarding, just knowing you are helping people. Congrats and enjoy your new position. Happy weekend.

I'm so proud of you my friend! You'll do great! And I know you love to clean out and get organized...you're the perfect person for this job! Way to go!!!

I would have predicted this as some point. You are such a champion for the program in so many ways. We are all here to support you as you transition into your new position and beyond. And since I don't know all the goings on I will always be on your side. HAHA.

BIG 'whew'!!! So glad your absence wasn't health-related. Like 'Lavender Dreamer' wrote above, you're a perfect fit for this position. In fact, if I won the lottery* and started my own company, you'd be my choice to run it.

(* Fat chance, since I don't play … and Alabama has no lottery.)

CONGRATULATIONS!!!
You are going to be awesome at that position.
Tops worked for my Mom, I think I still have her pins packed away someplace.
These last 10 pounds for me are so hard. I am on a constant see saw.
I am trying to get down 5 pounds before we go to visit our younger son...the middle of April.
I truly think I sabotage myself when I set that type of goal.
So it's on ward and "downward"....

Congrats - they must think highly of you. It will be a great way to keep your weight under control like forever. Do you get paid?

I'd say being leader is a good way to stay slim, you can't put on weight when you are telling them all to be good, lol
Well done for losing all that weight.
I don't think we have TOPS over here.

I just signed in specifically to see how you are doing! I admit to feeling a bit of concern when you are MIA! No worries, now! TOPS is lucky to have you and I know you are diving into the job full throttle! Just as you do everything else in life! I know you won’t abandon us, though! Not completely!

Well done on becoming the New Leader of your TOPS group. It's way more rewarding to help and motivate people than lots of work. I believe in group support and applaud you for taking on this worthy cause. Blessings. Jo
