Well, this IS clever! It didn't take but maybe two pictures till I figured out this is Willaimsburg; we live pretty close. BUT I actually thought you had been there at some point, and taken these amazing pictures! I was gobsmacked to find out it is a calendar!!!
I guessed right away. We lived an hour away at one time and all visitors we took to Williamsburg. We have had family in the area for many years, so always enjoy a walk around Colonial Williamsburg. Enjoyed your post and the calendar you shared with us. Thanks Sandra 😊
It's hard to take photos of photos without leaving some little shadow or reflection of oneself somewhere... (I know, I've tried often enough!) You've done well with these, though! :)
Hari om Well, I too thought you'd had an outing to a heritage village...then wondered how you'd talked Bob into going! April fooled us and it isn't April yet!!! YAM xx
At first I thought it was one of those reinactments that you've been to before. Then I saw snow in the second picture and knew that couldn't be right. What a nice calendar. Can't wait to see how clever you are in your next post
Like Ann above, I thought you were at one of the re-enactments. I love the photos, the first one is awesome. I like the lady carrying the sheep and the horse and buggy? Enjoy your day!
Yes, they did allow petting. The dogs would walk all around us. Of course we did not touch or distract them during the show. I thought of you most of the time. Afterward they hung out with us too. They LOVED people. During the Demonstration, one dog came over and tried to get on Phil's lap!!!!!!!! Everyone howled with laughter.
Absolutely love your cleverness. I have been to Williamsburg only once. Took a tour group from England there...a rather strange thing to do with those people but it was on the itinerary. I did find you!

p.s. I also thought these were real photos, not photos of photos. Very clever!
I have never been...so, I figured it was a reenactment of some kind...close!

Yep Colonial Willliamsburg is a very wonderful city with lots of activities.
It is gorgeous at Christmas too.
Hugs Cecilia
How neat! We all want to go next time! heehee!
I thought re-enactment at first....
What a clever idea, yes! Wish I could wiggle my nose and jump right into the 4th picture! Imagining how beautiful it would look at Christmas … ah!
You are a clever girl!! I love Williamsburg(and anything from the Revolutionary Era)!
