YouTube? or Not YouTube

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C-wPoSeFgJY

I was propped in bed, laptop on lap, watching a woman ironing a pair of jeans. I thought, I wish I could wear that size jeans, I wish I had the money to afford those jeans, and why am I watching her iron jeans?  I looked down and realized the video had been viewed, 1,688, 432 times.

This sent my Mad Mind off on a thinking tangent...

I have watched people fold towels, unbox a new camera, dance, sing, and tons of tutorials on just about anything. My brother repaired his washer by watching a tutorial on YouTube. My Baby Brother is 71 today. Happy Birthday David..

I love YouTube.

Do you use YouTube? if so what do you view? How do you use it?

We love to watch So You think you can Dance and World of Dance, and can find nothing on TV we want to watch. If there is a dance I love, I find it on YouTube and watch again.

I went to Prime and added about 10 Dance Movies this week. The first was Fame. We loved it. Next was High Strung.... the dance at the end of that movie is HERE  and above photo on YouTube... on the big screen TV it gave me goose bumps. Not everyone will like it.
What do you like to watch on YouTube?

I really like YouTube too! I use it for quite a few things. The most fun is when I hear a song I love, I go there to see the artist sing it. It is funny how so many times the voice does not seem to match my vision of how a person looks. The High Strung Dance..I love the violin playing. I enjoyed it more than the dancers. Did you see the little boy violin player on AGT tonight? I think he was really sick, but I forget his story.

Well, I LOVED that dance!!! Don't know that film - will go in search. I use the tubular in much the same way you do. Maybe twice a week I will spend an hour just following my nose! Am particularly fond of dance stuff - but I have also recently started watching some of the excellent 'small homes' offerings. YAM xx

Bill watches a lot of you tube not so much me but I love it for trying to find out how to do things especially in photography or cooking. Bill has his own channel and uploads lots of his videos. It sure is a great program. The Dance was different but interesting.

I rarely stay online anymore since I've limited my time at a computer. But, I've watched figure skating (couples), some movies, and A LOT of Prager University clips (it's not a school), and it's very controversial to some. Once, in desperation, I watched a tutorial on how to change W Wiper blades when Bud was too sick to do it.

PS, I love to dance!!

I use You tube for craft tutorials and when I'm trying to figure out how to do things. When I first had the cable shut off I watched some tv shows on it.

I like watching Flylady Diane in Denmark, cooking tutorials, gardening sites, and as many You Tube videos of cute Pomeranians, and foxes as I can find. I have also watched You tube videos about Physical Therapy for after total knee replacement, and one You Tube video showing an actual total knee knee replacement surgery. It was scary and amazing at the same time.

You Tube is my replacement for T.V. time. I follow a variety of subjects. Mostly a few family vlogs, how-tos when needed, household hacks, music, photography and on and on and on.

I recently made my first You Tube video. Pretty much a slide-show with a few video clips of a recent day trip. I did it to share with out of town family members.

My granddaughter (in 7r old voice) said 'Grandma your're too old for You Tube'---hahaha. [just wait little one; just wait' "old" will arrive for you before you know it]

Helo,

I am not on You tube much but I have used to learn how to do different things.
I have never heard of High Strung? Happy birthday to your brother David!

Color me, embarrassed.
Somewhere in the recesses of my brain I know there's lots of entertainment to be found on YouTube. Aside from occasionally watching videos of old songs, what do I do? Sit on my fanny and complain that there's nothing on TV. Now you've got me curious.

PS - Happy Birthday, David! (Is your older son named after him, by chance?)

I watch more YouTube than TV...I watch a lot of quilting, sewing videos, some TV shows, or if I hear a bit of a song on a show or in commercial I hunt till I find it and go there to hear it all, I go there to find out how to do thing . And to find funny things. Lorelei and I almost always do riddles, etc that are on there before we go to bed.

I enjoy watching the how-to videos on house cleaning :) Always trying to find more natural ways to clean, rather than using the chemicals. Those started affecting me badly a few years back so now I am always trying new natural cleaners, like vinegar. I also like to watch the how-to videos on fixing things around the house.

I am a fan of You Tube - right now how to work Microsoft 10 - do you know that older files are deleted automatically. There is a way to stop that. I tried. Didn't work. Found out our computer guy is an ex con. Not a good day here. But normally i get hooked on music.

There are a few dance movies that I watch which I love. "Save the Last Dance" and "Center Stage, along with several others. No I do not watch too much on YouTube. I will look up some songs from time to time. Other than that I usually watch something that someone has shared blogging or on Facebook. I do enjoy the cute ones with cats and dogs.

I watch very few things on Utube.
One that I watch is my older sons photography posts.
He and his business partner do weekly stints and lots of stuff in between.
Today they are doing a workshop at Yosemite called Following in the steps of Ansel Adams.
I can't wait to see all the photos from the visit.
I will post their web site , I know they would love to have you follow them.

I watch YouTube often. I watch my favourite Southern Gospel artists there. Oh, occasionally I may go to find advice on how to do something, but mostly its my favourite music.

Louis Dean watches music and plays guitar along with the greats! Summer watches tutorials and learns how to repair things.....
I never think about watching YouTube.....
