Colorful Village of The Arts

I have many photos of this village. Prior Post are on the  Village of The Arts Label. If you click on it, this one will come up first, just scroll down. The village is a rainbow of color. The artist live and have studios in their homes, but not all that live there are artists.

The Village has its own website HERE  for hours and what you can find there.

I pulled the photo below from the website of the funeral home I spoke of yesterday...

Founded by C. Rowland Shannon in 1918, Shannon Funeral Homes is the oldest funeral home in Bradenton and Manatee County.

I have always liked most of the houses. But none of them can touch the one in the header.

All these colorful homes remind me of those in the Bahamas. (Or were, I should say.) Makes me want to stroll down that street with a Pina Colada!

I love all the vibrant colors in Village of the arts. The purple sidewalk was
tops.

Yes I can have ice cream and milkshakes but I CANNOT use a straw.

What an elegant and comforting funeral home.
I like all the color on the artist homes too.
That purple walkway is startling but I really like it.
