The above card came in the mail this past week, on the back it said they wanted to buy our home. We get 2 or 3 per day wanting to buy our home. People wanting to buy cheap and remodel and sell high. INVESTORS! ARRRRHHHH... Just before I tossed it in the trash, I Snapped the shot above with my phone.... If you know me, you KNOW THE REST OF THE STORY...PLAY TIME!!!

program on PBS it started back in the 1940's. Up to 1983 today very interesting all about how country music has evolved. Two hour no commercials.

I love what you did. As for investors buying up properties it is a global thing now. That is a way to park money. Too bad the middle class is being squeezed out more and more. But then with storms and fires nothing is a safe investment now.
Living in an apt now means we will never get cards like that in the mail. hat said, we wish we would have gotten them when we were living in VA and desperate to sell our home there! I liked the variations you did.
