Rust Challenge from Sue

If you rest, you rust..... Helen Hayes

It is not work that kills men; it is worry.
Worry is rust upon the blade.

Sue from Photowannabe challeged us to do a post on rust.

My favorite is the ferns against the rust, and the sharp dark shadows the leaves make. Truly a beautiful photo.

I like 'em very much. The compositions are super.

Good job. I don't think I've ever seen one of those propane tanks that didn't have some rust on it.

This reminds me of my Rust posts. I guess I ran out of steam, not of rust, there's always rust, after all. Your rusty old thing, what is it?
I have been working on my worrying for the past couple of years. I'm getting better at not worrying, the older I get. Maybe one will finally reach a point where worrying becomes a totally useless habit. The best thing with old age, I think, it that at least I live so much more in the present where there is not much room for worrying.

What a beautiful contrast, the old and new. Wish I could express it more eloquently, but trust me, I'm having all the feels.

Is it crazy that I love rust?? Rusty things are so beautiful! At least to me. Except for the cheap white curtain rods I just threw away. Rust doesn't look good on them!

I've been saving a few posts to look at and comment on. This was one of them. Rust is super neat and so are these photos.
