Thankful Thursday New Pan

I an thankful I talked my cheap to the bone self into spending 8 dollars on a tiny little pan the size of 2 eggs. Spray with Olive Oil and cook. One egg for ME one for My Big Beau.

It's Thursday and I am reporting to you I am down a couple of pounds since Dec 32, it should be more. I am struggling to get back on my healthy way of eating.... at least I have stopped gaining.

You are doing great! It is the hardest to get back on track after not dieting. I just gained four pounds and don't even know HOW! I could never eat just one egg. With no bread or anything.

And here all this time I thought you lived in Florida. Must be some other galaxy for your home base to have 32 days in December! (Kidding)

You go girl. More weight loss will come. Have patience. (By the way, now I crave eggs)

Is Dec 32 in 2020 or 2021?
Good for you being down on the weight. I haven't even stepped on a scale in a while. I'm afraid to see how much weight I've gained.

December 32? LOL! Good for you on the lost pounds. I have an egg just about every morning either in egg muffins or scrambled with veggies.

Sweet pan! That red handle would seal the deal for me.

Congrats on the weight loss!
I've been seriously pondering a new self-care program, and was all mentally prepared to begin day before yesterday. Then Tom walks in with a cheesecake and a quart of Camp Stew ... and had the gall to say, "Well, you don't have to eat it." Ya, right. Stay tuned -- you and Martha are my inspiration.

Where did you get that pan? I want one, it's perfect for two eggs and other small portions. Let me know, OK. Thanks.

I was so into the pan, I forgot about your weight loss. Good for you and when all this stuff is over with, I have no doubt you will get back to where you were in the year 32!!!

It's a struggle for sure, Sandra. It seems the pounds can come on so easily and be damm difficult to shed. We are fighting the same battle as are so many others. Congrats to you on your progress. That is a cute pan, but way too small for us to use.

Kudos on the loss - any amount is progress!!! Mom has a small pan like that too - perfect for eggs and sauteeing a small amount of veggies.

I love your pan!!!
I had lost 13 pounds and now I have gained 2 back. So it is a salad day for me here in Texas! I blame it on Mike's birthday celebration!

That's a cute little pan.

The pan sounds perfect. I hear where you are coming from. The longer we are in the easier it is to cheat. I blame Mark because he keeps ordering things we shouldn't be eating yet I can't help myself because it's a fun treat.
