Caturday Art Found Flower

I took the photo below this into  Lunapic 72% Surreal Filter

The Year Before Covid, I planted a package of seeds in a white pot that sits on the stump in the side yard.

About a week ago I noticed a tall green, single lone green plant. No idea what it was. I started to water it a little each day as we walked by it on our morning walk.

Can you find Bob and Beau?
I asked Bob to remove the pot and put it in the garbage, this was more than a year ago.
The cracked Pot Remains with this lonely little whatever it is flower.

Thanks for pointing out Bob and Beau. The flower is pretty, the cracked pot funny. 😊

I do see Bob & Beau! Good thing he didn't throw it away. This is maybe Indian Blanket? The first photo looks absolutely surrealistic!

I actually think that this is tickseed flower. Or scientifically, the Coreopsis. Florida native wildflower. Yes, I do see B & B.

Hello,
It is a beautiful flower, I am glad the pot was not thrown away.
I do see Bob and Beau out walking. Have a happy Mother's Day weekend.

Whatever it is it has pretty flowers, especially when you work your magic on them. I spotted Bob and Beau. :)

The flower looks familiar but I don't know what it is. I didn't see Bob and Beau until you mentioned them.
That's how it always was around here. I would ask for something to get done and it never happened. More so with my first husband than with Wade.

Cracked pot creations...that would be a good name for a company or quilt designer... I do love that flower.

Cool effect! Those are two of my favorite colors.
Now I'm wondering why my (Dollar Store) box of seeds never 'took.' Tom tried to warn me, they wouldn't get much sunlight there, under the big tree.

That cracked pot looks like a piece of art. You know, we've all seen worse displayed that some folks rave over.

Sandra that is one lovely wildflower artified and original. The cracked pot gives it a unique look. I did spy double B's

Great flower and great entire 'installation'. Leave it there. Is it Helenium (something we would call sneezeweed)? They have beautiful flowers a bit like that.

PS...the bird you asked about (dickcissel)...its name is from the song they sing. As kiskadee bird - their song sounds like KISSkuhdee

I did see the boys after you pointed them out.
Thanks for sharing - even cracked pots can have beauty coming out of them!
Happy Mother's Day.

Happy pre-Mother's Day to you, Sandra, and while this errant bloom does look like Indian Blanket we had in our VA wildflower garden, it might also be related to coreopsis and be a tickweed flower as others have commented. It was easy to spot Bob & Beau in the background :-)

Yes, we do see Bob and Beau, AND we see a very pretty flower. We think you should keep it and nurture it, maybe plant more?

The flowers are lovely and I would say keep the pot with the plant.

A bit of Gorilla glue would fix the pot. It looks nice and I do see those two.
