Making a List, Checking It twice

I am making a list and checking it twice,
Gonna find out which foods are naughty or nice.
My search found, no honey could I eat,
but told me Maple syrup, could not be beat.
For 18 days no symptoms to be found,
I feel so happy I could jump up and down.

17 days of Low fodMap, and My IBS symptom's are no more,
gluten free and lactaid too, following this diet is a great big Bore
Well worth being bored, to relieve the pain,
eating low fodmap means a pain free  happiness I consider a gain!

below is a photo of Beau's egg and my gluten free crepe
Above is the crepe as big as the plate.
1 tbsp natural peanut butter stir in 2 tbsp 100 % maple syrup
Stir 2 TBSP Natural peanut butter with 2 TBSP 100% Maple syrup
Spread on 1/2 the crepe and fold in half, expect a big burp

OK, I did not burp, but could not think of a word that rhymes with syrup.

This is Beau's and My Breakfast, he gets the 37 second microwave egg, I get the 400 calories of YUM
The crepe hided 2 eggs, to make them edible to me, and it adds calories since the fodmap thing is making weight come off to fast.

Yikes about the weight loss. At our time of life we need a few reserves....it takes longer to recover from getting ill. I wish someone would explain that to F and she would stop with my diet plan. Good news about fixing the getting ill bit though, so maybe the trade off is worth it after all. xxx Mr T

Great news. I stick to it as much as possible but not as rigorous as you. I'm doing okay at the moment.

That is awesome that you don't have any more pain. Of course it would be better if food wasn't boring but I guess we can't have it all. I wonder the same thing as Ginny, will you keep the doctors appointment?

That looks perfect! Like Ginny asked, are you going to keep that doctor appointment?
Back in the day I used to enjoy making crepes -- and even got suckered into buying a special skillet. SMH, wondering if it still exists in the cabinet somewhere. Are you allowed to have fresh asparagus and baby shrimp? That's what I used to make my 'dinner' crepes.

Yes, it may be boring, but if it makes you feel better, boring is good. Now you just need to find a few tricks to spice up the boring.
