I got out of bed on Tuesday Morning and added socks to flannel gown.
We woke to 54 F = 12.2 C to some of you.
Not even cool to some of you but here in Florida we all went
BRRRRRR and I pulled out Bob's Hoody to do my early am walk.
These selfies were taken in my walkin closet, I turned on the overhead light and couldn't stop snapping when I saw it had turned the background Black. These are what the cell phone saw.
I took 4 of them into PicMonkey and cut out the black, then used Eye Brightener in Touch up, to bring out a sunny look to my hair and face and popped a Florida Photo behind me.
You can see the sunshine and palms and it looks warm but it was a BRRRRRRRR to me.
It amazes me that dark photos taken in a closet can come out looking like this.

Perhaps it is because the background is so dark that the subject is shown up in all its beauty. That orange hoodie will stand out anywhere and possibly the ideal thing to wear out walking in early morning light. Mr T wants to know why the Dads own the hoodies and never wear them and the Mums wear the hoodies but would never own one. F wears two that Mr B acquired in promotions packs at sailing regattas.
So your walk in closet is your own little photo studio. How cool is that.
I don't know what the temp is here this morning but it looks to be about an inch of snow on the ground. Gibbs said BRRRRRR when he went out this morning.

WOW!!! You need to rush ut shopping and buy all the orange tops you can find. I have never seen you in orange, but it is YOUR color!!! You are gorgeous in this jacket.

Look at you! All dressed for a chilly walk down there. 54 is low for Florida. It is 44 here right now, I'm not going out! Love the way the dark background makes makes you stand out. Using the background in the last photo was very clever and creative. Got to look into this app.

Stay warm and cozy. Brrr is right for you in Florida. Its 53F here at 10:30AM. A bit chilly for me too. Its only suppose to get up to 59F today. Too cold for sure.
I do hate when it gets so dark so early. Makes me feel grumpy.

Well, good that you've got the hoodie for days like that! My wardrobe has a wider range of choices between hot summer and really icy winter... But I do recognise the feeling of sudden changes to colder (or warmer!) weather than what one has been used to for a while...

Swamp dwellers are sensitive to cold, and all this area, from where we live in south Louisiana through the tip of Florida is nothing but swamp, really.

The last time I commented on this it says that we had an inch of snow on the ground. Today it's in the 40's Still colder than where you are but I'll take this over the snow.
