OK so it WAS the only and it was on auto post, then I got this in a comment from Debby@Justbreathe, and had to put the link here. It is a a link to all the different types of measuring devices and tapes and is worth the look. Amazing to me, as is what sunshine does to my dishes. Click HERE

You are the only person I have ever known who can make a sink full of dirty dishes look beautiful. Dirty Dish Art.
It's a gorgeous picture!
it's well arranged! love it ;O)
Just look how neatly all those dishes fit in the sink. I don't think my dish drainer will fit in my sink.
I remember my dad having a few of those rulers.
Your dishes are so neatly stacked, I like the sparkling faucet.
Have a happy day!
You don't use a dishwasher? Neither do we.

I like to leave my dishes to dry too... and also, dad had one of those folding measures, which I always loved and am hoping my brother now has... YAM xx
Sun dried shiny dishes I love it.
Daddy was an electrical contractor we had all kinds of measuring devices at home too. I recall the one you you showed too.

You are the only one I know who can turn the ordinary into extraordinary. That's a great photo of your dishes and interesting info on the tape measures.
sunshine improves things...we had one of those folding rulers, too...don't know if there is one in Roger's shop or not. I can't think clearly right now.
We have many of those folding yardsticks and have even sold a few Vintage ones on eBay.
I am always fascinated by your ability to make something interesting out of the mundane and ordinary.
Thinking of you today.

We had a tape measure like that too! I love the photo, Sandra...especially the sparkle on the faucet...jp
Beautiful sparkle of sun on the top of that faucet!!!
Mom says her peeps had one of those foldy rulers too, and she remembers it got broken by someone, not her!!!

My mother had one of those measuring folding sticks things in her sewing room. I'd totally forgotten they existed!
Love the gleam on your faucet!
... but now I'd better go clean up my own sink-full of breakfast dishes. Oops!
It's a great photo and thanks for sharing what I shared with you.
