Glamper Camper Christmas

You may know, photos are my hobby,
It is no shock I noticed the tree in the doctor's lobby.
there were snowmen and tiny campers and some kind of sign,
Should I walk closer with cell? Yes, I said in my mind.

As I got closer, the sign said I did it, I rang the bell.
The tree had 3, I thought oh Well
I will find the answer on my cell.
The answer I did find
And it blew my mind.
Cancer patients ring the bell, when completing radiation,
these tiny signs meant all three patients
had hung the sign when they rung the bell.
I said a prayer that they would all do well.

It was joy to see the tiny campers,
probably decorated by Christmas Glampers.
They glittered and shined
causing happiness in my mind.

I am way too familiar with the bell ringing. The tiny campers are adorable! I would love to have a camper tree, only thing is that I hate camping.

Hello,

I have heard of the bell ringing, it is a joy for those patients to ring their bells. Love the glitzy campers, they are cute. Have a great day!

I have heard of ringing the bell but I didn't even think of that when I first saw the picture. That's definitely a happy ornament.

I so hope the bell ringers could go on and have many happy years left.

Oh I do love a jolly snowman!!
Our first cat joined the family in September at 3 months old
Madi joined the family in March at 2 months old.
I put a bell ornament on the bottom limb of the tree so 'they could ring the bell' and I'd know they were near the tree.
Some diva learned quickly to walk around to the back of the tree

Blog Fodder for sure.
I need more blog fodder...life seems to be getting in the way of my being creative.
Today its Lynne "care" time and then scooting home for a fast supper and then down to Celebrate Recovery to prepare the after meeting goodies. Love doing it but it's always a busy few hours.
Tomorrow we go to son's home for the DiL's family Christmas.
There will be 30 of extended family there for lots of food and fun and silly Christmas gifts. I look forward to this every year.

Always thankful that someone can ring a bell for that!

I love that custom! Tom only got a pretty Certificate of Completion, but have a friend who posted pictures of his wife ringing the 'chemo' bell.

YOU probably know I'm the last person on earth to voluntarily go camping -- but I'm in love with that little retro turquoise one. Perfect 'she shed' don't-cha think?

I didn't know that about ringing the bell. Thanks for asking and for sharing.
