Like a Bridge Over Troubled Waters

Lewis Park is like a Bridge Over Troubled Waters, and is a good choice when
the heart needs healing.

Bridge Over Troubled Water
Simon & Garfunkel
When you're weary
Feeling small
When tears are in your eyes
I'll dry them all
I'm on your side
Oh, when times get rough
And friends just can't be found

Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down

the first two photos were with the sun to my back, these last two are looking into the sun.
Sunshine, Shadows, and Nature are natural healers.

What a beautiful park. I hope your heart wasn't in need of healing and that this was just a fun trip.

If stormy weather wasn't headed this way, this makes me want to drive over to Village Green and stand on the little bridge, and stare at the stream.
You know, I've heard this song so many years, but not until this morning did I think, this could be a hymn.

I hope and pray it's not your heart that needs healing this morning. 💛
