several of you have not followed long enough to know the NOOK! It wa intended for storage and a dry bar, but we added mirror on the wall and 4 glass shelves to hold my glass figurines.
At Christmas I remove most of the figurines and add seasonal glass or some look like glass but are not.
The lights in the Nook are fairy lights and are beautiful all day and at nightI am going to show you closeup photos for a few days of what is in that nook during the holidays
starting with my 3 collectible Santa's climbing the Charlie Brown tree, with Teddy. Teddy was removed to sit under the other tree after viewing this photo.

I love your view, your kitchen and your nook! AND your living room! It all looks so light and airy and CLEAN! Your style puts me in mind of my Finnish friend, Jutta! She would love your house!
Yur home is so large and neat!
This is an excellent space. I love seeing kitchens and that Charlie Brown Tree is THE BEST! I love your nook too. Very, very fun.
the nook is a super place... and we love it when it becomes the magic place with lights and sparkling things...
You have a real pretty home and so much light in your kitchen. I have always loved how you decorate your nook. The santas are adorable and I look forward to seeing more decorations.
I like your view. I always enjoy seeing pictures of the nook.
Hello,
I do love your bright kitchen, your nook is beautiful. The lights are so pretty and the Santas and the bear are adorable. Take care, have a happy day!

Love the idea of sharing festive photos! And nothing beats the sun shining in... YAM xx
We agree Teddy does look a bit frightened of the gaggle of Santas. We hope he likes his new perch better - maybe he would like a little deck chair and his own palm tree. Xxx Mr T and F
The sun in the kitchen makes it look a welcoming place. Always love your nook at Christmas time.
I would love that sunshine, too. I grow weary of day after day of no sunshine.
And I totally love your nook..
I love your nook and the sunshiny kitchen. That is my only complaint with this condo. There is no window in the kitchen. I have never had a kitchen without a window in it. There is a large window in the dining nook though so that helps. I keep the lights on most of the day in the kitchen area. Love what you did with the glass shelves-great idea. xo Diana
MS I might be an itty bitty jealous of your beautiful NOOK.
You and Bob made much better use of it like this.
I love your kitchen too.
Hugs Cecilia
Makes me happy seeing that space and the charming Charlie Brown tree and visitors to the tree!
You have a lovely home, Sandra.
Have a fabulous day. Scritches to Beau. ♥
I've always liked your Charlie Brown tree and wish I had one!!!
Your home's layout is perfect for the two of you! I'm in serious envy of the mirrored nook.
'Wearing a rueful grin to think you'd LOATHE mine. Not only are our den/kitchen mostly interior rooms, I keep the curtains above the kitchen sink closed 24/7. My mom, however, was the same way as you!
I love your house - the setup is gorgeous. It is so spotless too. Love the sunshine. And the nook is perfect for your decoration spot. Love it.
Thank you so much for sharing those pictures. Looking at them makes me happy.
I am a very big fan of your nook at Christmastime...and the whole year through!
That's a nice view to the kitchen. I always love your nook.
Thanks, sandra, for this kitchen and nook tour. We also have a Charlie Brown tree which sadly needs a taping repair, only we forget to look for it in time for the holidays. Just caught up on blog reading this early morning and read about you and Bob feeling poorly. Since comments were off on those posts, I hope you are both feeling better soon and in time to enjoy Christmas🎄
