I sat my cup of tea on the counter and realized the sun dapples were pointing at it and the next thing I knew I had 3 different shots of my favorite teacup, that used to be my favorite hot chocolate cup.
I still yet to find a nondairy hot chocolate.

I like your tea cup! Pretty captures of the sunlight.
Take care, have a great day!
The sun and tea make a good team. Cool photos
I like the cup and the photos of the reflections

Simple but effective photography!
I may have mentioned before (forgive if so) but substituting Carob Powder for Chocolate might be worth trying. It blends well with Soy Milk and can be used in cooking... YAM xx
I love the dappled! By the way. It is 18 degrees as I type this.
MS this is brilliant and proof positive we need to keep our eyes open for all the daily photo ops in our world

Here one minute, then poof(!) gone the next. Great captures!
Isn't this the same cup that killed your camera lens?
Hello Sandra :=)
What a fabulous effect the suns rays have on your super tea cup. Playing with sun light is one of your many talents. Love these shots!
Very photogenic cup :)
I used to make hot chocolate (sometimes) with soy milk, now I use oat milk, I guess any kind of non-dairy milk that you like would work. I heat the 'milk' and add dark unsweetened cocoa powder and sugar (or other sweetener) to taste (trying to keep it low-sugar), while stirring.
Sun dapples are my favorite. A great series of tea in a cup sun dapples!
Boy...dapples is a fun word!!
Pretty and I like the last photo with the "light drips" in the center of the cup. My kind of cup for sure..
Hope your day goes well and you are feeling better.

Great shots! Thanks for sharing them.
Those are all tea cup terrific photos!
You see beauty every where you look!
😊👍❤️
You always make a fun piece of artwork from an ordinary cup. That first one I can almost see two eyes and a nose staring back.
