Dan's New Ferals

My son Dan and wife Michelle, had a surprise a couple of weeks ago when a new Feral Mama appeared at the feeding bowls, with 4 babies. He has ferals that are named and not so feral and 3 inside and 2 dogs.
He said Mom, we did not name Mama or the babies, we are ATTEMPTING to corral them and take them to the humane society.
We have to draw the line somewhere. Last time a kitten appeared he found a home.
I am sure they are running out of friends who will take a feral cat.

He still plays with them even without a name. ha ha ha

They are so beautiful. The mother looks little more than a kitten herself.

Bless your son and daughter-in-law for taking care of these feline friends.

They are cute! They must know that's a safe place to go.

I'd love to be able to take "potted plant pussy-cat" ... and look at Mama's amazingly colorful little brood, makes one wonder who's the Daddy! Your son is to be commended for his good heart in caring for and about them. On another note: JUNE's maid services unfortunately do not extend beyond bed making, she's far too lazy to do anything else, though sometimes her tail will do a bit of dusting, at low levels.

Dan's house must have a sign in "kitty" that says, "All kitty Mamas welcome here" We are sure thankful for people like him.

I'm glad we live hundreds of miles away because that itty bitty calico kitty is adorable!

What beautiful babies and Mama. One is colored exactly like her.
All precious.

The quadruplets are so adorable! Dan and Michelle are seriously, angels on earth. Not so sure I'd be able to draw the line, hahaha.

This is exactly how we got our two kitties. So precious and so cute they are.

Have a fabulous day and week, Sandra. Love and hugs to you and lots of scritches to Beau. ♥

They are so cute. I hope he finds a home for them. Yes, he has a lot to take care of already. It is very sweet of them.

They are all so cute, but I am sure there is a great need to find them a home. Hopefully this will happen soon.

Your son & DIL are so kindhearted. It's wonderful that they rescue what they can. Seems like there are an abundance of feral dogs and cats these days or we've all just gotten better at communicating about it. There is no place to take feral's in our farming community county so we have to deal with such in other ways. Most folks are tenderhearted too and simply keep them on (after making attempts to find the owner) or take another tack. We've rescued quite a few dogs. They make such wonderful pets. Good luck on finding all the kitties homes. Hope it all goes smoothly. Love 🌻

There must be a signal up that this is feral haven! Dan is right to socialise them, even if going to the local home; the better they are around humans, the better their chances... he really is a chp of the old block! YAM xx

He is a cat magnet! Let us know what happens to them, I am thinking he may keep one kitten.

When I was a kid, there were families that dropped cats off at this big farm. Kept the mice away at the big farm.

Fingers crossed for them! There is a limit to how much one person can do.

I love your son!!! What a tender heart!! My friend, Brenda, has a mama cat and her suviving kitty living in her guest house. Brenda's alergic so she has to bathe as soon as she comes in from feeding and playing with them. The kitty's name is Sydney because they can't tell if it's a girl or a boy. I think Amber may adopt her!

Aww they’re so cute and I do hope they get homes. It breaks my heart to see sweet dogs and cats without homes and loving families. It’s good there are so many no- kill shelters popping up who work hard to find these cuties a home. And good people like your son, that truly cares and the cats know! I truly believe the word is out!

Oooo they are so gorgeous and the Mama is a wonderful colour. At least her kittens are easy to tell apart - she must have selected them at a thrift store where they were all out of matching sets of anything.

I think this really illustrates the need for a comprehensive spaying and neutering programme. The problem with feral cats is getting worse not better.

Aw, they're so cute. Mamma cat must have known that Dan's house was a safe place to take her babies. I hope he can find homes for them. I would take one if I lived close.
