Loving Hands Reach Out

Have you ever petted a ROOSTER? You could this one, as you can see.

This is a full grown bull, I hugged and kissed on him like he was a dog. He is a minature bull.

and the horse is a horse, a minature horse, not a pony.

We all love the baby goats. All of the animals are raised by hand and played with and petted from the day they are born, which allows us to pet them and hold them.

I am the volunteer, Official Photographer for a long term nursing and rehab facility. I have 22 gigs of pictures taken in the last 3 years, due to privacy issues I can not post my favorites, but I can show how much love the animals recieve when the petting zoo comes. The little goats and chickens come with sheep and donkey and llalma and even a minature bull. A photographers dream. or mine anyway.

Great Photos. My favorite is the one with the very old hand touching the goats chin.

I love your post. The animals are adorable, one of my favorite subjects to photograph.
Many years ago my friend had a farm that would sponsor 'city' kids to come and visit. They got a chance to see and interact with animals, that chances are, they would never see. Animals do so much for the human spirit.

This is such a touching post. I was so surprised and amazed to read what it was at the end. It is good that you couldn't take pictures of the faces, because this is so much better with the hands. I am getting ready to do a post on hands this month. I am seeing that you post every day, like me. That's pretty rare, I think. I continue to look forward more and more to what I'll see in the morning.A wonderful surprise each day!!
