Flower Friday with Susan Rudbeckia

Susan  the black-eyed susan, bloomed just in time for Flower Friday and for the last two posts. done for now.

Be like a black-eye susan sunflower, on the darkest days, stand tall and find the sunlight. Remember, where ever you go, always bring your own sunshine. If you keep your face to the sunshine, you cannot see the shadows...

Sure looks so much like a sunflower, but not quite.

Is this true? "If you keep your face to the sunshine, you cannot see the shadows..."

Nice saying.

Love, sandie

Gorgeous flowers. I like that they stand Tall. I need to remember that...
About selfies...
We sure aren't very successful at them but something is better than nothing.
I realized a few years ago that we had very few photos of the two of us together.
It seeded it was only one of us with the kids or each other.
We don't have too many now but at least with the phone there is more opportunity to take them.
I do want the memories.
That's why I post them on my blog. Then they are printed in my ShareBook at the end of the year.
Hopefully the kids will enjoy them after we are long gone.
It's my journal...
